Suzie G. was amazing! We all know the process of purchasing a car can be long and quite boring but with her spunky attitude and great conversation she made the process go by quickly! She was never pushy like most sales people, we told her what we wanted and she worked with us! I was referred to her by family and I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking for a car new or preowned car! I know from here on out, she is my go to lady for purchasing a car in the future!

Do not buy a car from this dealership. I put money down on a car the finance fell thru & I have been waiting since friday to get my 3,500 $ back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The finance manager is now ignoring my phone calls!!! Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Dave Chastain, Gerald Kia of Napervile’s service manager, is thorough. He was clear on what needed to be done, how long it would take and kept his commitments for communicating and completing the work. He confirmed the tire was unrepairable, immediately discussed options and arranged for a loaner. My sales person, Suzie Gonnerman, found me and made me feel at home. The general manager, Anthony Triner, shared what’s happening with the 2016 Kia’s and, specifically, my K900!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, one star is more than I would like to give. I’ll start by saying that with as many options that there are out there to buy a brand-​new car this dealership should consider an honor that they were chosen. My first indication that there might be something wrong was the foreign a half hour deal that including losing the deal jacket and having to repeat all my information especially this one sensitive in nature such as my Social Security number and income. I went in wanting a particular model and color and was coerced into buying something on another lot. Repeatedly throughout the deal I was told it would be 30 minutes longer, over and over again. For the inconvenience I was offered a remote start which I might add has its own imperfections in it. My first service call made me feel like a worthless female and that they would not be validating my claim. I tried to explain to the service that my car was pulsing and was told this was normal, and that I was using the car and an economy mode. My final experience happened yesterday. While driving down the road at 50 miles an hour trying to enter the expressway without any warning without any digital display of engine failure my car decelerated causing the immediate danger. My car then verbally told me that there was an «possible failure with my engine control system» in the middle of Chicago with no available resource on a Sunday afternoon and no other available vehicle except a brand-​new one that was malfunctioning, I was faced with having to call roadside assistance and find my way home with a rental car.
Calling the dealership the next day I was met with The production that it might be a sensor, I met them back with the retort of my safety. I further talked with the general sales manager who additionally tried to calm me. This is not about a problem being solved this is about if either a faulty car or it’s faulty product. Regardless of what The results of this ends up being I feel my safety as a customer was never addressed and merely wanting me to leave the show room so that additional sales could be made we’re of the upmost importance. After having a system failure to that degree I cannot feel safe in that vehicle again. With the chance sounding redundant a customers satisfaction as one thing a customer’s safety is a priority.

Took my Cadenza in for service and the car was damaged while in their care. They really stepped up and took care of the damages. I completely understand that things can and do happen and what makes a business great is their willingness to take responsibility and take care of the customer. They took care of me with minimal trouble. Thank you.

I came all the way from Logan Square to go to this dealership, and was not disappointed. I worked with John Smith and he was not only knowledgeable but funny and engaging. I think if you are in this area, that he would be the person to talk to.

Fast, friendly service. They were able to repair an engine problem, replace the rear camera, and do an oil change in one day. They were polite and friendly.

I loved the customer service experience here!!! Every person I encountered made me feel as if they truly had my best interest at heart. Even during wait times, between going back and forth with banks, I was always kept in the loop and thoroughly explained every thing. The presentation of the dealership is great also! Clean and modern with free wifi and TV for entertainment. I drove off the lot with a brand new 2015 Kia Optima in white, which was the color I wanted :) Big thanks to Beckim, Gino and John for working a great deal out for me. Even the cashier, Mary was awesome!

My friend Angie just recently bought a Kia Optima Saturday and she told me about how great of an experience it was. I for some reason got real excited after being very excited for her getting a new ride because I know how bad she needed it. I decided to come check it out to see what I could possibly drive home with. Well let me tell you… my experience from the handshake in the parking lot has never been better. I shook hands with Adrijan T and he WOWED me the entire time. I’m waiting to finalize the transaction of a dark cherry 2016 Kia Sorento at the best deal ever!!! Very pushy salesman. They try to sell at any cost (classic trick — you don’t have much options and MUST get one from their limited stock).
They also recommend Talro insurance with awful reputation — don’t take it, shop around.

A very relaxing car buying experience. Although I have to give them only 2 stars because they fell short on going the extra mile on my used car purchase. I believe the inexperience on the part of the salesperson also contributed.
1. gas tank at ³⁄₈^th .2. shredded wiper blades (they did replace after I returned the next day).3.fender had damage on it that was to be attended to but never was…4. you really do not get a feel of how the car handles out on the street because they take you to a test track. If you drive on the highway alot… take it out on the highway for a test run. Staff is friendly and not pushy like Toyota of Naperville.

Never signed up for their email. Asked them a number of times to remove me from their email list. Yet, I’m still getting emails. It’s obnoxious. I made a new email account and somehow they managed to have that one, too. And my old email account is still getting emails as well, after a years.

I recently got a Car from them and despite some minor issues I experienced, I want to say that they take Customer Service seriously and they were able to act promptly. I’d like to give a special thank you to Anthony, the General Sales Manager, for being so responsive to every single question/​issue that I had.
I also got a call from them recently and I was told that my monthly payment amount has been reduced. They lowered the Finance Charges for my Car. What else can I say except they are a great dealership. Gerald KIA of Naperville’s consistent excellent service has assured me again that I’d want to continue doing business with them.
I’d definitely checked out a few other dealerships as well when I first had a plan to get a Car and so far, Gerald Kia of Naperville is the best and I’m glad I chose them.
And did I say too that they have a great, spacious, new building? Free Starbucks Coffee and Hot Chocolate as well in the Waiting Lounge.
