Fire It Up is keepin’ it real with a TacoFusion experience combined with a high-​energy environment. Our focus is on quality, including, grass fed beef, Berkshire Pork, organic chicken and organic produce locally sourced whenever possible. We truly believe that each person’s well-​being can be improved through clean food and fun!

Just a few favorites repeatedly ordered from our customers include the Shrimp Wontons, Guacamole, Gringo Tacos, BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos, Shrimp Tacos, Steak Tacos and you cant leave without topping it off with our homemade mini brownie chimichangas!

Our beverages include a Homemade Lemonade, locally sourced Filberts Old Time Soda, tea (original and sweet), Homemade Sangria, Margaritas made from locally sourced Blue Agave Spirit and local Craft Beers.

If you can take the heat, «Fire It Up» with our homemade habanero-​based hot sauce!

History

Established in 2011.

The Fire It Up concept began on a food truck. There has always been a passion to create great, clean food. The owners invested in a BIG RED food truck. «Big Red» was based out of Bolingbrook, Illinois and served unique, homemade eats. The name «Fire It Up» was derived from the often-​stated phrase «Let’s go fire up the truck; let’s fire it up!»

Passion and purpose became obvious. Continuing the passion for homemade foods, some simple changes were incorporated such as sourcing cleaner food with a focus on local and organic.

The food truck was sold in 2013 in order to expand into a brick and mortar restaurant now in Naperville, IL and a second location coming to Wheaton, IL summer 2015.

The goal is for everyone who enters into Fire It Up to be educated about what they are eating, to shout «wow» after their first bite and to return with their friends and family to relive the same positive experience again and again.
