Specialties

I believe each of us already holds the keys to our highest good. I have helped a range of people, men, women, youth, members of the LGBTQ community, examine their lives from new perspectives and discover new solutions. Getting to the root of the problem – not just managing symptoms– is key to transformation in your life. I love being part of the healing process; empowering people to discover their own capacity for growth and change. I would love to help YOU unfold to your own wellness!

My passion is helping survivors of trauma navigate paths to safety, wholeness & healing. I am psychodynamically trained yet skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion regulation techniques (DBT), creative arts and dreamwork. If you want to improve your self-esteem, communication or boundary-setting, you might cultivate your coping skill toolbox with me.

As a graduate of Northwestern University I am insight-oriented with a focus on helping people become their best selves. I am analytical, creative and caring in exploring how the problems in one’s life are meeting a need and finding a new way to meet that need that actually serves one’s highest self.

History
