Curries N More

Happened upon this place while driving home on Sunday evening. So glad I did! Ordered the kadhai chicken, vindaloo, aloo bonda, and garlic naan. All delicious. The aloo bonda was fragrant and velvety and so scrumptious. The chicken dishes were seasoned perfectly and a generous portion. Can’t go wrong with naan to sop it all up. Next time I will try other dishes like the chaats, shammi and aloo gobi. Great prices too. Nice little gem in South Naperville. Will be my neighborhood take-​out spot. Don’t pass this place up!

Wonderful food. Best lamb vindaloo I’ve had in a while. Delicious samosas. The employee (who I believe was the owner) was absolutely wonderful and kind. We will definitely be back for more!

Great food — some of the best Indian we have had in western suburbs. We could tell everything was made from scratch, with interesting flavors. Service was very kind.

We were in town on vacation and we’re looking for a Phở place. We pulled up and right next door was Curries! We decided to give it a whirl and boy were we left impressed. Food was excellent. The Chicken Tikka was extremely tender and had just the right amount of spice. Don’t judge a book by its cover! We ordered to go to bring back to the hotel room for tomorrow!

Pretty standard North Indian fare.
We got the Kathi sandwiches but they were not like the ones you get in India– they use a paratha vs samosa dough.
The Navratan Korma was really good, as was the Butter chicken.
The rogan josh was sub-​par and more of a lamb curry than a true Rogan josh which usually has a deep red hue from the spices.
Overall a good Indian restaurant– but not comparable to some of the more authentic places you will find in Texas or the East Coast

This place has become my go to place for Indian food! We’ve be ordering here once a week at least and I love everything I’ve had here so far. Butter chicken is my favorite. I’ve had makhani dal, chicken 65, chapli kabob and they were great. Being a punjabi, I love their food but these folks know how to make North Indian dishes.

Such great flavor! I got the daily special paneer biryanis… so so good! Serving portion is huge. They are so friendly there. Cannot wait to go back!

We’ve eaten here several times and love everything that we’ve tried. The Kati rolls are great (the chicken roll is the best). The thallus are great too and you get a lot of food for what you pay. The naan bread is buttery. Service is a little slow, but their food is flavorful and made with love.

All curries taste absolutely same… we ordered malai kofta, paneer masala & navratan korma in take away… the gravy was exactly same in looks and flavour… after eating a bit i saw one picture of their chicken tikka masala, which looked exactly same… taste was poor and even the naan were not upto mark… i felt i wasted my 30 $ in food today
I can cook better indian food… i would suggest to get rid of regular restaurant flavours and bring genuine taste if indian cuisine… no one in India cooks curries like this…

I believe this place is fairly new. Does have a seating area. I ordered the biriyani and asked for it to be spicy… It is delicious and just the right amount of spice! They have some ready made dishes and also a very big menu you can order off of. Will be coming here more often!

Best saag I have ever had! I have also tried the chicken samosas, the chapli kabob, and many other dishes. All delicious and completely authentic. A great price, too! Will be back regularly.

When it comes to Indian food, I and very selective. Having said that, this is one of the most authentic places I have been. Try the chupli kebab!

Walked in to realize this is more of a carry out restaurant then dine in but that’s OK! They didn’t really have a menu up but plenty of copies to look at. A large display case of foods that were already made. So basically if it’s not in the case then the dish is not available. We learned that after going through a very large menu and finally figuring out what we wanted. You do have to go to the counter to order. We had a group of seven. We ordered appetizers first. We ordered– Paneer Tikka (bland); Stuffed Banana Pepper (very good); Chicken 65 (great flavor); and Veggie Pakora (ok). All served with sides of chutneys. So far the food was good, however a couple things stuck out… We were served the dishes as they were re-​warmed and not all together as ordered which also led to sometimes they brought us the dishes and sometimes they would shout over the counter for us to fetch them. We had to get our own plates (which were paper) and utensils from the dining cart nearby but I noticed a table that was served everything from their food to utensils to drinks. They didn’t win any points with that.
Simple dining area, nothing fancy at all. The walls have a a couple pics on them, there’s a water cooler for self serve water and styrofoam cups. There is a rolling cart in the dining area and behind that on the floor it looks like random storage space for things. There’s a random greek statue also! Tables are simple with a napkin dispenser and salt and pepper.
We decided since the apps were pretty we ordered dinner. Baingan Bharta (ok); Palak Paneer (good); Chicken Vindaloo (good); and Chicken Kabobs (good); Veg. Biryani (good); Garlic and Mint Naan (good). So overall the food is good.
The service is questionable and to be honest we are not returning because of it. It was inconsistent. At one point between course they accidentally gave us someone else’s carry out side and we passed it around trying to figure out if we ordered it and wondered where the rest of our food was. Anyway when the realized what they did they came and got it and put a lid on it and threw it in a carry out bag. I don’t think they know how to run a restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and I think carry would make more sense.

If you are looking for cheap Indian food go here. Otherwise there are better places around here. This is supposed to be QSR but my food took 45 minutes. These guys are not restaurant guys just folks who just started off with a kitchen and cooking. May be things work better on weekdays.

The Keema samosas are good. Different because they have potato and peas as well but still good. Good pastry. Naan is good too. The chicken Chapli kabab is very flavorful. Great item for someone who has to eat gluten free.

Our new favorite go-​to Indian take out! It was our first time ordering… got the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Biryani… incredibly delicious! Note that Basamti Rice doesn’t come with the dishes… would be a great thing to add though. Raita was awesome too! The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Tonight I enjoyed Paneer Tika Masala with butter Naan. Equally as good was the tandoori chicken with my chutney and yogurt sauce… I will be back soon. I’ve already told several of my friends and neighbors about this place.

First time here great food and customer service ordered there lunch special chicken 65 with a garlic naan. Food is fresh the restaurant is clean and new. The menu is extensive the only thing I think would make it better would be lunch specials but I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu
