Poor Service. Unprofessional atmosphere. Started with moderate pain by the end of 8 visits was in severe pain. Billed extremely high rates for such poor therapy service. Fired them. Within 2 visits at new therapy was almost out of pain with outstanding results. Proved that I received substandard care at this ATI location.

I’m sitting here writing this in pain. Not from my initial referral but from an injury incurred at this facility. During my second visit I was grouped with another client and doing an exercise wrong and injured my back. The therapist could not see what was happening from where she was treating another client. This injury happened over two weeks ago and I have since had to consult a chiropractor for relief. I contacted ATI about this of course and was met with vague assurances they could help me feel better. I was afraid to go back in and incur another injury so I canceled some appointments. I was then told I would be discharged if I continued to cancel. Fine. Discharge me. There are other PT places and frankly I can’t risk further injury. What really gets me is the lack of empathy or responsibility for this incident. I’m sure I“m not the first person this has happened to but all I got was an oh well, come back in and we’ll see what we can do but we can’t treat the new injury without a referral from your doctor. So, I’m supposed to go see my doctor and pay for an x-ray or MRI then go back to ATI? No thanks. I’m starting over someplace new.

ATI has a high employee turn-around and you are often having assistants or less qualified people providing your care. Ok for minor injuries and people who just need some general guidance.
