Mark made our refinance application less painful! He explained everything clearly and got us a great rate with no points and low closing costs.
I was referred to 1st Advantage Mortgage by a friend who had closed their refi at their Naperville home. I called Mark on a Tuesday, gave him most of our paperwork on Wed, signed the application docs online on Thurs, and locked our rate on Friday.
He laid out 8 options of rates, durations, and closing costs for us to choose from. I felt I made informed decisions based on their guidance.
I would use them again!
