Established in 1990.

This business was established by Renee Diekroetger a Registered Nurse who’s passion was serving and taking care of people. These core values were easily translated into taking care of payroll clients and their needs.

I became a Registered Nurse because I wanted to take care of people. I knew I could apply this attitude to business. I created The Payroll Factory with that vision. I new I could provide a high quality product at fair prices. My staff is highly trained and has remained with me for years.
