«Taste Of The Himalayas» our name is a summary of where we are from and what we bring to the table. At Taste of the Himalayas, what we serve on the table is blend of Nepalese, Tibetan and Indian dishes, referred to as Himalayan cuisine. Our menu is a handpicked selection of the favourite dishes from Nepali, Tibetan and Indian cuisines. We incorporate our traditional dishes with the locally grown seasonal produce, free-range meats and wild fishes, giving our dishes a whole new dimension. Its «authentic, yet modern Himalayan cuisine» as our Chef Tashi Woeser calls it.

Manager
Dawa has been working for the taste of the himlayas for 8 years. Her family has owned the Taste of the himalayas in Sonoma, California for over 12 years. She recently took over as new manager to run the location in Napa, California. Our goal is to meet our customers and provide exceptional food. We are trying to revamp our resturaunt back to where it was in 2012. With brand new kitchen staff and a manager such as prestigious as Dawa Sherpa. We are confident that we will meet your needs both in customer service and exotic Himalayan food.
