Sugar + Lemon specializes in the Art of Body Sugaring for women and men. Sugaring is a completely natural method of hair removal that uses a paste made of Sugar, Lemon & Water. Sugar paste is not hot and cannot adhere to live skin cells, so there is NEVER a risk of burning or lifting skin. The sugar is applied and removed by hand through a gentle molding and flicking motion, extracting hair in the natural direction of growth. I went here for my first ever sugar wax and Michelle walked me through it. It is so much less painful than wax! Michelle is super professional and makes great recommendations for after care or for care worries in general. I will definitely continue using her services.
Tip: the gps to her address is confusing. The entrance IS on third street, right next door to Eco Polish.

Terrible.
Made an appt. today at 1:45. Showed up 30 minutes early. Building has no signage on the windows or on the street so I drove around for a while just trying to find it. The blue haired lady at the front text Michelle that I was there. By 1:48 I asked where she was. By 1:55 I asked the blue haired lady again what was going on with no answer. She said «yea she’s regularly late with her appts.»
I walked out as my time was not respected. She sent me an email an hour later stating that she give all clients a 15 minute cushion to fill out paperwork before getting started. I call BS. If your colleague blatantly says you’re late all the time take some accountability and not send me lies through email then tell me you aren’t going to charge me a fee for your lack of time management.
What a joke.

Two months of sugaring and I am a convert. It hurts way less than waxing. It gets all the hairs, regardless of which direction they are growing in one fell swoop. Also, you don’t have to be concerned about getting burned by hot wax or reacting the ingredients– all that’s being put on your skin is sugar, lemon juice and water. I’m hooked!
Michelle is well trained and practiced in the art of sugaring and highly knowledgeable about the product that she uses. If you haven’t tried sugaring before and are curious about it, I highly recommend booking with Michelle. She knows what she’s doing and will take good care of you!

Michelle is the best! For sugaring AND tanning! I first went to her for spray tans and was so happy with the results. I would consider myself a spray tan pro and Michelle gets the color right every time and it’s always even!
After suffering from razor burn for years and waxing was too painful for me, I decided to try sugaring with Michelle. Why haven’t I tried this sooner!!! I can’t handle anyyy pain, so if I can handle sugaring, anyone can! Michelle is also very funny and keeps you at ease during the whole process.
