Established in 1996.

Shannon Richards opened this small boutique firm in 1996 offering Estate Planning and Family Law assistance. Starting in 1998 Family law became the focus. Ms. Richards is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. We handle family matters in a variety of contexts: Traditional litigation, Mediation and Collaborative Law. We can handle your entire case, or we can custom design our work with you to handle only specific issues or to simply to have a consultation while you handle the majority of the work.

Business Owner

Shannon was raised in Napa, CA; married her high school sweetheart and had two children. When her eldest child entered kindergarten, Shannon returned to school as well, obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree in 1995. Shannon began her practice in Napa in 1996 and has been in full time practice since that time. If you visit the office you’ll likely find Shannon there along with Dandie, her small sidekick. Shannon enjoys gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
