It’s about time I write a Unilocal review on this realtor! My husband and I have bought and flipped homes now for 3 years. We have used Giselle Lampe for every house! I think we are on our 7th house now and that’s why this review is so overdue! Whether we are buying or selling every transaction has gone very smoothly, from beginning to end! She has always been there for us whenever we call or text and that is huge! She’s very patient with all the dumb questions I ask, too!!. She also has incredible ideas on paint colors and decorating and how we can get the most bang for our buck! I have referred her and will ALWAYS refer her to anyone needing a realtor. Thx so much, Giselle!. We are almost ready for our next house!

No detail is overlooked and Giselle pays attention to everything. She represented our interests both times as if she was part of the family — which we consider her to be anyway. This is a quality that is hard to find and we valued it very much and our profit margin showed her skill level!!!

While filming, I interviewed several of her previous clients and they all love Giselle. Some key qualities that stood out were that she is charismatic and very professional. We really appreciated Giselle’s help in finding a perfect second home. Her experience made all the difference.
