Meet the Business Owner

Colleen H.

Business Owner

Raised in Emerald Hills near Woodside and then the Davis area, Hallett is a fun and encouraging instructor. Whether working with a brand new rider or a returning rider dusting the cobwebs off an old dream, she wants her students to love riding. Her quick smile and quiet hands easily earn the trust of both horse and rider. Defining and then revisiting goals, she helps her students gain skill and confidence. Building their dreams on a solid foundation of horsemanship, safety, and centered riding.

Her love and respect for her equine partners is transferred to her students through example and gentle repetition. She understands that just as each student learns and thrives under different circumstances so does each horse and pony. It is the understanding of that principle that allows her to reach for the good and the great in each horse and rider and gently mold them into fast friends and a seamless team.
