Javco is great! We had a baseball go through our window. I called Javco, they had me come in right away. They had the window done in about an hour. And the price was great! I would definitely recommend Javco!

I just read through some of the reviews and am shocked to see customers report some really awful experiences. I have known the owner of Javco for nearly 17 years. I am a real estate broker and when a spring loaded glass screen shattered after slamming into the key left in the front door (during a showing) I immediately called Javco. They were at the property that day to bid and order glass. Owner of property was pleased and I became a forever customer of Javco. They installed all the windows, french doors, and sliding glass doors in my home. Javco is Johnny on the spot when my clients need a repair, bid for broken seals, and replacement windows. The staff is well trained, organized, and very pleasant. They love what they do and care about their customers. The owner is a terrific manager and does get involved directly with the customer to be sure the experience fulfilled the client’s expectation.
Javco is a pleasure to do business with.

What a strange operation. It’s like they aren’t even interested in making money. Unresponsive, careless and irritable customer service reps with ZERO follow up or basic interest in pursuing business. Office woman was practically yelling at me on the phone and took forever to get a couple of slapped together proposals. You will not receive any consultation or follow up. Glad I didn’t make it further with these folks.

Javco installed Milgard windows in our home nearly 10 years ago. Recently we noticed some trim coming loose on the inside. I called Javco, they sent out a tech who noted the problem areas. While he was here I pointed out two window’s that had a seal leak. Dave took measurements and Javco contacted Migard for me. Voila, they were under warranty! Milgard made up new windows and will be replacing them next week, as covered under my warranty-​no cost to me.
Last week, two technician’s from Javco came out and did the repairs. They were on time, conscientious, were tidy, and friendly. All work was done to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the customer service, and quality of the installation. I really enjoy the quietness and comfort of my Milgard Windows, and the warranty has been handled flawlessly twice in the past 10 years.
I recommend Javco, and love my Milgard Windows.

Installation of a single pane 22 X 32 inch window took 30 mins to install and cost $ 200. Some lawyers I know don’t even charge that much!

While there were a couple of helpful employees I would never do business with Javco again. They are highly disorganized, non-​responsive, poor communicators and unsatisfactory in their follow through.
A family rental had a broken window and Javco was called on 12÷17÷14 for an estimate. We told them there were security concerns for the tenant and it needed to be fixed soon. They came out on ¹²⁄₁₉ and said we would have an estimate in the next day or so. When we did not receive a return call we called them back the day after Christmas and we got the answering service and were told the staff was off until ¹⁄₅ for a 2 week vacation. We were never told of this and the tenant had to wait for the broken window repair.
I called them on ¹⁄₅ and was told the scheduler was out of the office for two more days and they could not find the estimate. I finally got frustrated and went into the office and was assured they were looking for the estimate. I was told I would get a call back but it never came. I went back in and was told the scheduler would call me back when they found the paperwork. When I finally spoke to someone we found out the glass that we were originally provided as options were in fact not tempered glass and my mother in law had to go into the store and pick new glass. They said they would call us when the glass came in but that call never came.
On 1÷20÷14 I called and spoke to Tina who was helpful and courteous. She told me that the paperwork was missing because the person who did the estimates does not like to turn in paperwork. She said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. She called back promptly and told me the glass had come in a few days prior and apologized that no one called. She set up the installation for ¹⁄₂₂ at 1130 A.M. I was told the installer would call the tenant on the evening of ¹⁄₂₁ to confirm the installation for ¹⁄₂₂ at 1130 A.M.
At 1145 A.M. no one had arrived and I called Javco to learn that the scheduler was reportedly ill on ¹⁄₂₁ so no one had called to confirm. They also told me that the installer was set to arrive at 1:30 P.M. even though I had taken notes at the time of the call. I told her that I was very unhappy because both the tenant and I had taken time off to be there. I told her that I wanted to talk to a manager and she said she would have the installer there in a few minutes which is what occurred.
The installer arrived and did a great job with the installation but this transaction was a nightmare. It took nearly 5 weeks to get the windows repaired because of the poor business practices at Javco. Worse yet, no one there really seemed to care and they had several chances to make it right.

I went through Costco and was referred to Javco. Jason was in contact with me in a timely fashion — came to give me a bid — was very professional and helpful. He helped me understand the process and timeline.
Now I have beatiful new windows that have made the WORLD of difference. Thank you! I would recommend Javco to anyone — and have!

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars! This is a poorly ran business! I waited for hours for them and they never showed up! I will never use this company again!

I am happy to say customer service is much improved. The owner is very responsive and the technicians are excellent. So glad to see this turnaround!

I called Javco to have an estimate done and they seemed less than interested in working with me. They told me that Jason would call me and he never did. When I called them and asked to push the appointment back 15 mins he said «No.» Jason told me that they didn’t take appointments in Napa (where they are based) after 4pm even though they travel to Santa Rosa up until 7 pm. He was super inflexible and rude, then hung up on me. They don’t seem to want my business or my money, so I went to American Windows and they were great. Save your money and don’t bother with Javco, they don’t seem to need it.

Very bad customer service, rude to it’s customers. Will not return phone calls to the customers, and curses you out when you ask a question. I will never ever do business here again.

4 years ago I had shower glass installed in my newly renovated bathroom. As the years went by, I had no problems. Recently however, the glass door began to hit the other glass panel when the door was open or closed. I called Javco and two of their guys came out. As I had suspected, the glass had began to slip out of the hinge and needed adjustment. Within 15 minutes they had fixed the problem and told me that there was no charge since it was a shower that they installed.
I’m very pleased with their work and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with them.

I certainly will do business with this company again! I brought in a funky tin picture frame (18″ x 20 ½ «) for them to install a clear mirror in the frame. The frame was not yet set up for a mirror or picture. So, they had to use some creativity to pull it together. I took the project in to Javco on Friday afternoon late and it was promised to me sometime the following week. I received a call early the following Monday for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the frame, I was very delighted with what they had done for me and couldn’t wait to hang it. The gentleman at the desk that took care of me, even carried the mirror out to my car without me ever asking.

I ordered replacement windows for my living room through
, and Javco was the company through which Costco subbed the installation. I found Jason to be very helpful in ordering the windows (very large floor-​to-​ceiling units), and he even tracked down matching glass to the Millgard windows to replace our oddly-​shaped clear story windows (2 triangles and a pentagon). The installers took great time and care in installing the windows, and making them look perfect in openings that are slightly out-​of-​square and not level (you would never know it from looking at them now). I am extremely happy with the finished installation, and would recommend Javco without reservation.

This is pretty simple: I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews of Javco before hiring them. While their installers were very nice and the product acceptable, Javco gets an overall F in customer service. I’ve never dealt with a company before that cared less about integrity and customer satisfaction. Their representative was difficult to work with throughout the planning, selection, and scheduling process and actually lied to me on two different occasions after the fact. Once they’d been paid, difficulty turned to unwillingness.
The job was straightforward: a quick, clean, simple installation of some residential windows, and I’m still dealing with headaches 6 months later. I deal with professional contractors daily so I know what’s realistic and what isn’t. In this case I wanted to give a local outfit based in the city of Napa an opportunity. I regret that decision wholeheartedly and strongly encourage anyone looking for any window/​glass work to stay far away from this place. There are plenty of good, reputable contractors in the Valley who would love to have the work.

Poorly run business headed by a very unfriendly Tina. They have confused orders, given the run around and frustrated me to no end. No follow-​through. I had to check and double check on my orders, usually learning that they had not done what they said they would.
Do yourself a favor — FIND ANOTHER WINDOW AND GLASS BUSINESS.
