The resident Art Director is also a master fine woodworking craftsman — he can custom make frames from scratch, frames that are unique and one of a kind, to complement your one-​of-​a-​kind collection pieces. More important, this business is about passion for the craft and a deep sense of commitment to quality and to personal customer service.

History

Established in 2015.

The team at Gallery Frame include a combined experience of decades of work and creativity, not just in the custom picture field, but in Art as well as in Interior Design. The current location is a wine country customer service location dedicated to serve the local people of Napa Valley and Sonoma. The business has had a presence in the art markets of Los Angeles and other parts of the country for over 30 years. The company’s first operation started in Southern California and it has served the needs of artists, photographers, private collectors as well as galleries and curators — because of their experience and high standards of work.

Meet the Manager

Tony P.

Manager

Tony is the resident Art Director. His role is to understand the client’s needs and design goals and, hand-​in-​hand with the client — arrive at a product that will showcase the art or framed item in its best light. Tony himself is an avid artist, portrait photographer and master fine woodworking craftsman. He received his woodworking training in Asia (Thailand, China, Bali and India) as well as training in fine art (picture frames) restoration in Europe (Sweden, Holland and Italy). Semi-​retired, Tony’s passion is his work in the field of beautiful picture framing. He can help you with simple framing needs as well as personally produce frames that are hand-​carved and in gold, using classic artisan wet gilding technique and skills that are rare in today’s hurried and mass-​production society.
