Diamond Nails and Spa

Not happy at all. Took my nails off the same day. The polish was all bumpy. Some nails were over painted and other nails were missing polish on certain corners. U should walk out a spa happy and excited about your nails not bummed and angry.

Went in today to get my nails done by Brian and took my friend with me we both LOVED our nails he really takes his time. The nail salon is BEAUTIFUL & super clean. Will definitely be coming back !

I have been here 3 times before and this place was decent but every time I went they would always have to redo something because they messed up. I went the other day and called beforehand to see how much acrylics would be and they said $ 25 and I got there and had to wait almost an hour and so the man got to doing my nails he cut my fingers not purposely obviously but he was being careless with the tools. He was also very rude. After my nails were done I go to pay and my total was $ 40! I will not be coming back this place is not worth the money the workers are not sure of what they are doing while doing your nails… not worth it

I only had pedis here and have always been happy. Clean and friendly. They take their time so it is best to call ahead of time.

I LOVE this spa! Great prices and great work, especially stiletto acrylics. I always try to snag Mina — she is so sweet and overall just a great person.

Went in last night with a friend to get an acrylic overlay and shellac and was VERY HAPPY with the results.
First things first: the ambiance is so relaxing. I love a dim dark nail salon with big comfy chairs that you can just sink into and relax after a hard day at work.
Second: everyone there is so nice and inviting and really do make you feel welcome and taken care of. You always get a cold bottle of water and if you get a basic mani or pedi you get to keep the buffer and file that they used on you. +++for cleanliness. Everything is super clean here!
Third: Mima did my nails. I moved up here from Huntington Beach last March and was going to my regular nail lady foreverrrrr. She knew exactly how I wanted my nails and all I had to do was sit down and relax. So coming to a new town and having to start all over has been trying. I tried another nail salon down the street and although it may be beautiful in there, you just don’t feel that warm cozy feeling when you really want to relax. So diamond nails has been a real gem in Napa. Mima listened to how I want my nails (I am very picky because my nails curl inward the longer they grow) and took it from there. My friend and I were chit chatting the whole time and both our nail techs were very involved and keeping up with us. It was a very enjoyable experience. My nails came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t thank her enough.
I left her a nice tip and got
Her card so I will most definitely be back to see her in a couple weeks! Even better because I work at the great clips two doors down. So it’s all so very convenient!

Honestly the best pedicure I have ever had. I did the $ 50 Pearl Pedicure. It was pricy, but I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. It’s a time commitment but it’s advertised as the «massage lovers pedi» and it certainly does not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone I encountered spoke really wonderful english making it fun and easy to communicate and make small take. Best of all, this place is super close to my new house so I will undoubtedly be back!

Napa Ladies– FYI I just had the worse manicure experience at Diamond Nails, they are on Lincoln and California. The lady smeared all the shellac nail polish on every nail. It’s like a huge glue. She pretty much glued my nail into my skin. Then she aggressively filed my nail as if I am made of metal causing me to bleed. She kept insisting for me to place my hand under the shellac light which was burning me. I told her that I am being burned. Her reaction is «well you won’t have a good shellac». And that’s when I decided to stop this manicure massacre. I told her she was hurting me and that my finger is bleeding that I didn’t want to put my hand under the light. She then screamed at me that it was my fault because I had my hand turned and that’s why it happened. She kept screaming and screaming and then has the guts to say «I am sorry». My internal though was… Sorry doesn’t fix it lady. Don’t say sorry if you keep hurting me, scream at me and are rude. Why use sorry when you don’t really mean it. I am never going back to this place. I walked out. Paid for the horrible manicure and went to another place for them to unglued my nails.
Ps– I really don’t like to give bad reviews but this lady crossed the line. And I wouldn’t want anyone to have such a horrible experience.
Ps2– I can’t believe that was the manager. She has ZERO customer service skills.

Beautiful space. Friendly staff. Super clean instruments. I felt great about everything– but I left with tiny cuts all over my hand from my mani and uneven french tips. I was overall very disappointed, especially since everything started off so beautifully.

New and Beautiful! Quiet spa atmosphere. I received a Deluxe Pedicure that include a hot stone massage. A heated wrap is placed on your shoulders and a bottle of water is provided. It would have been a 5 star review had it not been for another manicurist watching over mine most of the time. I WILL BE BACK!

After reading great reviews on this place I thought I’d try it out with one of my friends. I must say I was disappointed.
However I must say some positive things about this place.
When we first walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who asked us what we needed. After being seated we were given water bottles to enjoy. The place was clean and everyone was friendly.
However, the pros do not outweigh the cons.
I had decided to get a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was actually nice, but my full set was awful. As I was getting my set, the lady doing my nails kept drilling too hard and I had to pull my hand away for than once. She drilled up to my cuticles and made me bleed a little. As I kept pulling my hand back she kept saying «oh your cuticles are very sensitive and dry» I’ve had my nails done many other times, and no one had ever said that.
I went to wash my hands so she could put the nail polish on. She started applying the nail polish and I noticed they looked a little bumpy. Being that it was my first time getting gel polish i thought maybe there was more she was going to do. While waiting for one hand to dry she filed the other hand, this made little flakes fall onto the other nails. She kept applying polish on, and I could clearly see little particles on the nails. Her polish job was sloppy but she said she would clean it up. Even after she «cleaned up» my fingers and cuticles it still looked sloppy.
I’m so embarrassed to even post a picture but I think it is needed.

So I tried out this place when it first opened up and was amazed this place was great and my pedicure guy was awesome and I found out they did eye brow waxing and I tried it out and loved it. They were nice and did good work so I’ve been faithful and went here since they just about opened. Well today I went in and I was happy and excited I said hi to Lisa and she was plain rude … Rude and in a hurry and unchanging. I asked her how long the wait was and she was huffing and puffing and said «30 minutes» and I looked at her because she was like staring me down and I said well I will go elsewhere then. I had bought u mother and grandmother to enjoy a pedicure and I’m sorry to say but I will never return and I will not send people there. They don’t appreciate the faithful patrons it seems.

Finally found a place where people are friendly and actually do what you ask for! Recommend it :)

Clean, quiet and relaxing. Very kind staff, upgraded my massage since they weren’t busy. Polish looks great too! Will definitely return!

Diamond Nail and Spa is my new go to. So bright and very very clean. The staff is so friendly and they actually try to have a conversation with you throughout your experience. I got a simple pedicure and my friend got an acrylic set. My pedicure is flawless and your acrylics look so natural I had to do a double take. The price is the best part it was $ 23 for my pedi and $ 25 for hers! With the stamp card they’ve given me I’ll def be back within two weeks!

Best pedicure I have ever had in my life! I am so happy with this place and i will definitely be returning! Nice and clean, Great atmosphere and the people working here are so friendly it makes you want to come back. I’d recommend this place to everyone! Best in town

Just make sure they charge you correctly, they give you one price over the phone and then they give a different price once you get there. Yes they are clean, and even give you a bottle of water… But as much as I tried explaining them what I wanted they still didn’t understand completely … And besides that, I left with a very poor job done on the acrylic toe… I think I would of just done my toenails at home…

I got a mani/​pedi. They did a great job. The staff was very kind and offered cold water upon entry. They didn’t try to pressure me into getting anything extra, as most places do. Very spacious and clean. They used new files and buffers and gave them to us to take home after they were finished. The only downside was that they were a little understaffed. Still 5 star worthy.

First time coming here and I ended up leaving very happy! They had wonderful service, not to busy. Very welcoming and helpful! And also very fast with quality service and very clean! Coming here for life.

I rarely visit nail salons because I enjoy painting my nails at home. But I noticed Diamond’s Grand Opening in the shopping center near my house. So I treated myself to a pedicure because my ghettoes needed a professional touch. I was delighted when I discovered the spa experience included so much more. You need to experience it for yourself. The service is wonderful. The price is right. The venue is clean & beautiful like a diamond should be. I’m going back for a manicure because the experience was so delightful.
