History

Established in 1986.

Custom Lending Group originates both residential and commercial loans.

In business since 1986, initially as Principal Mortgage Corp which, at that time, Dale DiGennaro owned with his father Attorney Adam DiGennaro.

Due to a law suit initiated by Principal Financial, they changed their name to Custom Lending Group, Inc. in 1999. Custom Lending is a mid-​size loan brokering company operating out of downtown Napa & lending throughout the state of California.

Dale became the president of the corporation in 1991 and sole owner in 1992. He continues to originate mortgage loans and has built a strong following of devoted, loyal clients and is happy to call many of them good friends.

Dale has been originating and closing both residential and commercial loans since 1986. Dale has been a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and California Association of Mortgage Professionals since 1991. He served as the State Mortgage Association President in ²⁰¹⁰⁄₁₁. He has also been the president of The North Bay Chapter an unprecedented 6 different times over the years, receiving chapter of the year honors twice! He has also served on the CAMP state board, numerous different committees, was broker of the year in 2009 and was elected to the executive board in 2007, serving as Vice President of Finance for ⁰⁷⁄₀₈ and Membership Chair for two years before taking the lead role as president in 2010. His goals are, and continue to be increasing the level of integrity, expertise and professionalism within our industry.

Dale is also active in his community in the Napa, CA! A devoted long time «Kiwanian»… he just finished his year as President of the Greater Napa Chapter!
