Curtis did a great job. I asked for a quote online and got an immediate bid, then scheduled my appointment via email. He came to my work and repaired two cracks in a half hour. Paid with square and it was super easy. I would highly recommend Clearview.

Curtis is a class act who provides amazing service. He was flexible on timing when my vehicle service ran over into our scheduled meeting, agreeing to show up later in the day. He waited for me at my house when traffic delayed me past when I should have arrived. He referred me to a good brake shop in town when he noted a squeak as I pulled up to my house. He suggested appropriate weed killer for my lawn while we were chatting. He noted 2 additional cracks in my windshield that would have developed into bigger problems had he not been so observant, then fixed them for a huge discount versus his (already reasonable) standard terms. He provided a cash discount even though he was under no obligation to do so. Finally, he couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They need to clone this guy or have him teach a class at the JC on customer service. He’s THAT good.

Quick response, professional demeanor, and great price. I chipped my windshield on the way to work today. Curtis was there patching it up by lunch time. Even though I hope it never happens, he’ll certainly get my repeat business should the need ever arise. Highly suggest you give him a call if you’re in the Napa area.

I called Curtis on our drive up to Napa from the Bay Area when i got a rock in my windshield. Curtis picked up on my first try and told me he could squeeze me in and meet me at my hotel around 2. He showed up on time and is very professional. He is also just a good guy. Really a first rate experience from the moment i called to the quality of the work that he did.

I tried calling and left a message. I also left a message using their online form. I finally received a response late in the day via email, and all they said was that they didn’t have the part in stock. I wish they had called me. I responded to their email asking if they could order it, but all they said was that they would need credit card information. Again, they couldn’t call to set this up with me? I wasn’t about to email them my credit card information… their message started sounding like a scam to me! That’s how unprofessional it sounded. They must not have wanted my business, so I didn’t give it to them. I didn’t have time to wait around with a broken car window making my car a target for thieves (again).

I called them several times, desperately needing windshield replaced, but it is like they aren’t in business. No response ever, no one ever answers phone.

Highly recommended. Curtis at Clearview is the best. I needed a mobile service to have a rock chip filled, so I called around, and the other quote I received was 50% higher than what Curtis charged me. He was also able to come out to my workplace to fix my windshield the same day, while the other company couldn’t come until the next day. He said he’d arrive between 12 and 1, and he was totally punctual. He even found a second chip in the windshield — I’d only noticed one — and fixed it at no extra cost! If you’re in need of windshield repair, and you’re in Napa, this is a great choice.

I have called Clearview Auto Glass three different times over the last few years. One to replace a windshield, one to fill windshield holes and another to replace a broken driver side window! EVERY time they immediately respond to my requests with the utmost in professionalism, they come to my house and complete the repairs in a VERY timely manner, and ALL the work was done with excellence!
