Chase is a terrible bank to start with however this location is a joke with ATMs that never are fully functioning or not at all and to add to your frustration at any given time during the day there is usually a youth solicitor selling magazine subscriptions while you wait in line.

Absolutely the worst service at this location. I arrived there at noon to set up an account for my daughter. They never ended up helping me I was there until 2:30. Ive had Chase now for a little over a year. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. I finally left and went to the Trancas location where I was helped immediately. Ill Never go to this location ever again.

Right next to Starbucks! Need I say more. Plus grocery store near by. Very clean Safe center here. Great place to make a deposit or get some cash.

Going to the bank sucks. Most of us are dead broke, hate the long lines and are more than likely depositing enough money just to keep our accounts open.
Larry and his pretty blue mohawk make going to the bank a pleasure. He’s always greeting customers with a smile, gets your information quickly and never smirks at your $ 18.65 balance. When he’s there the line is never long and that’s great because the bank is relatively small the parking lot is always crowded, that’s the reason for the 4 not 5 stars.
Hope you get Larry the next time you stop in the Napa branch and tell him I sent ya!
