Meet the Business Owner

Scott K.

Business Owner

Scott was born in Sonoma County into a family of chefs. His Grandmother was a menu creator for Sunset magazine and his mother just retired after 34 years of being a culinary arts teacher. It was in his destiny to be in the kitchen cooking by age 4. His real experience began while working at many reputable restaurants throughout Sonoma County and after obtaining his business degree in San Diego he moved home with his wife, Stephanie, to work on his business plan of opening a restaurant. Their dreams came true in June of 2010 when Carpe Diem’s doors opened to Downtown Napa. Come on down and try one of chef Scott’s innovative menu items!
