Cal E-​Cigs was founded in 2013. The founder of Cal E-​Cigs smoked for over 15 years and quit by using an e-​cigarette. He then spent a few years researching the subject before starting his own company. After examining the area of Napa, we concluded that there is a high demand for authentic quality products.
