Christine is a graduate of Florida State University. After working in banking, economic development and as Director of not-​for-​profits, Christine opened restaurants with her husband, Chef Michael McMillan in St. Augustine, FL. After 10 years of running three of their own restaurants they relocated to the happiest place on earth — Napa, CA.
