I hate writing this kind of review because then everyone will want to come here (lol) … But seriously! This is hands-​down the BEST experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair. Mike is a total PRO in every way. From the phone call to the estimate to the scheduling and the repair itself: perfection.
They were able to see me right away for an estimate. Mike was very honest and genuine in his assessment and response regarding the damage (some idiot backed a big olé truck into my brand new Escape & took out my entire rear bumper and more). He told me what he would do and explained everything in layman terms. He gave me the estimate — (I didn’t have to pay anything because the other person’s insurance covered it all, however) the price was extremely reasonable.
He scheduled me earlier than I expected. Even told me how to have Hertz drop a car at his place to be ready for me to pick up the day I dropped my car with him. It was seamless and the repair was PERFECT (can’t even tell it was ever hit & the paint matching is unbelievable)! They even washed my car and she looked like a brand new ride when I picked her up.
Excellent customer service and 5-​star repair — hopefully I won’t need auto body repair again but if I do, I’m only coming here.
This is the definitely place if you want superior quality auto repair!

Took my car there after I was rear-​ended. Couldn’t have been smoother! They did a fabulous job replacing the bumper. Dropped off Monday morning and it was done Tuesday early afternoon. Mike and the rest of the crew were really nice & helpful. Highly recommend!

Basically I took my car there off of a recommendation this was an insurance issue through someone else’s insurance. My car was hit slightly on the passenger side by front bumper /​light area. The light was replaced leaving one new light and one old light on driver side they buffed out what needed to be and then painted it but then painted the rest of the bumper witch wasn’t buffed. There were other nicks and scratches previous to the incident that were just coated over and the color looks a little off so all in all it just looks sloppy and half assed!

I can not say enough good things and Mike and his staff! I was hit less than 2 weeks before I was scheduled to move to Southern California. The job was supposed to take 2 – 3 weeks and Mike was able to get it done early before I moved! They did an amazing job, looks brand new! And even though I was annoying and called almost daily to get updates the staff was always very nice, polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend this body shop to everyone!

My 2005 Honda Accord got rear ended and I needed to find another shop since the one I had been going to for several years had changed owners. The dreaded search to find someone new was not on the top of my priority list. I went in and started the dreaded task at the front desk. The gals there were very helpful and Mike had an estimate done in no time for me. Parts were ordered and my car was back to me in 3 days. The customer service from the shop and everyone I encountered was awesome. I know where I will be going in the future and who I would recommend.

I did happen to notice the plaques that Advanced had as well. A business that helps support our local youth programs was something I really enjoyed seeing.

This place made a bad experience into a good one. Since my first time here my vehicles now go nowhere else. These highly professional and experienced team of individuals do it right the first time. Mike, the owner refuses to be bullied by insurance companies. I send my family and friends here. You should trust them too, you will not regret it.

Mike and everybody I contacted were cheerful, helpful, and thorough. The quote for my self-​inflicted damages was less than 3 other well-​known Body Shops close by, the work was done sooner than I expected, and the bill was almost exactly what Mike bid, even with some optional parts and labor I requested. I will refer everybody I know to Advanced Auto Body Center. Thanks Mike and everybody at Advanced Auto Body!

We took our wrecked car to Mike (after Advanced was highly recommended) and he was very honest with regard to the cost of repairs to our vehilce. He was very patient waiting for the insurance company to determine if our car was totalled or not. When it was finally deemed total, he was very helpful in educating us in what we should expect from the insurance company and he really seemed to care!
