A Limo Excursion

It is extremely rare, if ever, that I feel compelled to write a review on any of my experiences be it positive or negative. But the quality of service combined with the definition of professionalism and care that was shown to us by Cinnamon is more than deserving of five stars and I am moved to let anyone else know that a proper time spent in the wine country would have been incomplete without their services. Thank you again!

I didn’t get to take A Limo Excursion, but my wife did and so I am making this review on her behalf. She and four of her close friends were picked up in a Cadillac Escalade and were given the royal treatment in the Napa Valley. Brian took them to three different wineries. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A+ customer service and my wife would not hesitate to recommend A Limo Excursion’s services to anyone.

My girlfriends surprised me with a daytrip in Napa to celebrate my birthday. Brian made us feel like princesses — picked us up right at my doorstep in SF, drove us the scenic routes through Napa — helped us outline our stops (and even got some discounted tastings for us too)! He picked a wonderful lunch spot for us and encouraged us to kick back and enjoy ourselves every step of the way. It was a rainy day — Brian was prepared with umbrellas and sweet chivalry, escorting our all female group door to door. Brian has the best energy and truly loves what he does. If you want a personal experience, with the kind of person that makes you feel like family — this is the tour to book! Brian is a winemaker himself and knows the Valley/​Sonoma/​St. Helena so well — his recommendations are likely as good as anything you could plan yourself. To highlight a wonderful Birthday tour, Brian found lovely photo ops for my girlfriends and I and even surprised us with Champagne toasts at the beginning and end of our trip. Thank you Brian — it was a wonderful day! I can’t stop recommending your tours to friends.

When it comes to hiring a driver for a Napa area day of wine tasting, look no further than A Limo Excursion. My wife and I were joined by another couple and rented an Escalade for a 7 hour day. The communication up to the day of our trip was professional and consistent with Brian.
I choose to schedule our visits myself, but since our driver Ana hadn’t been to some of the locations, she called ahead to make sure she had proper directions to all of the wineries which was important since a few were off the beaten path. I was pleasantly surprised when I confirmed my appointment with Cain and followed up to get a map to learn that Ana had already taken care of it.
Ana was personable and professional. The Escalade was clean and a nice ride. Ana showed up with a cooler and a complimentary bottle of Champagne which was a really nice touch. The trip went off without a hitch since Ana was so prepared and after she dropped us off at dinner in Yountville, she even delivered the wine we bought to Carneros Inn where we were staying. I can be a tough customer and I would recommend A Limo Excursion without hesitation.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Brian this past weekend!!! 12 of us were in town celebrating our combined 40^th birthdays — Brian not only could accommodate a group our size in one awesome luxury vehicle (unlike many of the other companies we called, who wanted to split us up into multiple cars or put us in a cargo van), but was also able to pick wineries that were a perfect blend of educational and fun, and were perfect for beginner wine tasters. Brian was knowledgeable, personable and fun, and — as a lifelong Napa resident — clearly had strong relationships with the various tasting rooms, etc., which translated into special treatment for us. Brian was extremely responsive during the planning stages, which was critical given the innate challenges in planning a trip with a group our size. I would highly recommend Brian and A Limo Excursion to anyone looking for a wine tour experience. I can’t think of better way to have spent our Saturday!

I wanted to do something big for my big 40^th weekend and our hotel recommended A Limo Excursion for wine tours. I had booked easily a few months in advance over the phone with the owner, Brian. He was courteous and had good communication over e-​mail. They recommended going to a few family owned wineries. They did not disappoint! Cinnamon promptly picked us up at our hotel and had an itinerary for Porter Family and Taylor Family vineyards. We enjoyed the coziness of having a private tasting with each vineyard. Next we had lunch at Auberge du Soleil! It had such a great view and the meal was superb! We even adjusted the time for our next tasting because we were having a great time at lunch! She took us to Raymond to see some eccentric rooms there (to say the least). Then we finished at Frias winery.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Enjoy your tour!

Brian and A Limo Excursion made our trip! I’ve used Brian once before and had to use him again for the 2^nd time around on our most recent trip, and he again exceeded expectations. He was able to work with us based on our needs and was very responsive. Above all, his priority is having fun and he went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. He also has the best music ever!
If you’re looking to have a good time, A Limo Excursion is your best bet. You will have even more fun in the car driving between vineyards than the actual tastings!

A Limo Excursion was the best decision we made for seeing Napa. We were a party of 7 people in early August and our driver (owner) Cinnamon could not have been nicer, more informative, flexible or attentive to our needs. We wanted for nothing b/​c any time something came up, Cinnamon immediately took care of things. From winery reservations to picnic lunches or additional stops, she was terrific.
Book it.

Our one year Wedding Anniversary weekend was PERFECTION all because of our top notch driver Atiba aka «Tha Bodygaurd» Our weekend started off very stressful due to terrible concierge service (or lack there of) from our hotel Anadaz that failed to plan anything we requested weeks in advance. Thank The Lord the only thing they did do right was book Atiba for us.
He took us around Napa for 2 days In a black Mercedes & we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thanks to him! He scheduled 2 of the most amazing & intimate wineries for us, surprising us with the best for last. The winery Porter felt like we were in a movie/​dream. He also used his own camera to take pics of us throughout both days so that we could just focus on the experience without having to think about getting our cameras out. He then sent us the pics along with a collage, seriously that’s 5 star service! There is NO ONE better at their job than Atiba. I HIGHLY recommend Atiba, will be telling everyone we know about him & he will be our only driver in the future. We left Napa with some truly amazing memories & a life long friend.

Having Brian tour my wife and I around Napa, Sonoma and through San Francisco was one of the best highlights on our trip! We called him at 9am on a Sunday and he happily picked us up around an hour later, even with the short notice (and a 49er game on TV that day no less). He was so helpful, entertaining and fun — we couldn’t have asked for anything more!
His motto for us was «no thinkin’ just drinkin’», which was perfect since my wife and I didn’t know where to go and we wanted to sample some wine on our way to San Fran. He even had champagne for us to enjoy along the way. He took us to a nice private VIP winery tour with cheese tasting, then to a couple more wineries, then lunch in Sausalito on the bay overlooking San Fran before driving us to the perfect spots to overlook Golden Gate Bridge, then down Crookedest St to our hotel.
The entire experience was like having one of our good friends with us touring their city. I would highly recommend Brian and his company to anyone who wants to tour the Napa/​Sonoma/​San Fran area!

I had a great experience with Brian Sayles for a wonderful day of wine tasting with friends. I knew a few places I wanted to stop, but I asked him to fill in the gaps with other wineries he would recommend. The day was superb and everyone in my party had a great time. This was actually the 3^rd year in a row that we’ve used Brian’s services. He is always prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Had a wonderful time with Brian. He was very nice, the car was beautiful inside and out. It was a black escalade. He took us around to winery that he thought fit our energy level for the day (high). We sat around the last tasting room and talked with him for a while. A super great guy! He also had great recommendations for the rest of our time here in Napa. Only negative is that he is cash only, so we had to stop by an ATM at the end of the tour. We felt lucky to have him as a tour guide.

Brian found the perfect wineries for our group and got us great deals for the day! His vehicle was spotlessly maintained, his knowledge of the wineries is vast and his personality is delightful! Most of us have spent a lot of time in wine country but this experience was far above the rest.

We rented a Nissan Armada rather than a limo, which comfortably sat 7 people (we only had six), and were driven around by Brian who is the owner. Although we already knew where we wanted to go, Brian was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended places to go in between our scheduled stops. Brian had a bevy of snacks and water for us which we promptly consumed after a couple winery stops. I would highly recommend this company, and Brian in particular, and could not think of even one complaint.

A Limo Excursion is the perfect company to accommodate any and all of your various transportation needs. Their fleet consists of a variety of luxury vehicles, limousines and limo buses. Brian and Cinnamon have stellar customer service and communication skills and their drivers are professional and polite. The company does a great job understanding your needs and they are on the ball when it comes to accommodating them above and beyond! They have a vast pool of resources within their business network which means they have extensive experience and relationships with various wine, restaurant vendors and venues. I highly recommend this company as they are perfect for private events: bridal parties, birthdays, anniversaries, out of towners who want to tour and ride around the wine country or bay are and more! They easily accommodate couples and/​or small groups to large groups of 22+ person wine tours. I have planned many events and bookings through this company and myself along with my clients have always been 100% satisfied.

Asa wedding present our friends bought us a guided limo tour through the Napa wine country– our hotel recommended A Limo Excursion for the tour. Our driver was Brian, the company owner. And the tour was fantastic to say the least. As newbies to the area, Brian took us to a whole variety of places, from small family run wineries to large commercial ones. He knew exactly which ones would give us the best experience and knew most of the staff at each one. Plus he made the whole day so much fun, which a great lunch in between, sharing our music in the limo, and even trading stories about Unilocal.I would highly recommend Brian and his company anytime you are in Napa!

A bunch of my friends and I met up for a girl’s weekend in Napa. Brian was our driver for two full days during our visit. It was a perfect match!
Not only were we upgraded (for no cost) to an Escalade limo the first day, but Brian was able to work out details with my friend who arranged the trip ahead of time. It was awesome to have his input, as none of us had been to Napa and he was able to maximize our time in Napa/​Sonoma County as this is the area he grew up. After the first day (where we had appointments every 1.5 hours and had to struggle to make each tasting), Brian asked if he could suggest a few places the following day. It was awesome! He took us to a small boutique vineyard that featured a couple who hosted us in their own home for a fabulous tasting of their wines (Fortunati — review to come), and got us lunch while we perused at yet another winery/​vineyard (not having to waste time to stop while we were all back in the car). We also received compliments from our tour guide when we stopped at Truchard for a tour/​tasting — he mentioned Brian had stopped by ahead of time (while we were still tasting at the previous location) to ensure he knew the ins and outs of the stop prior to bringing us there — what a professional!
I can’t imagine this trip with another company. In spending the day with Brian I felt we got to know him and become familiar with his family-​owned company. He was extremely professional yet catered to the vibe of our girl’s weekend occasion. I highly recommend and plan to use A Limo Excursion on our next trip — when the boys get invited to the party, too!

I agree with all of the other Unilocalers. Brian is AWESOME!!! We just celebrated my 30^th up in Napa last weekend and had Brian take us out for the day in his stretch Chrysler 300 GT limo… it was gorgeous and so much fun for the day.
Just as requested, Brian took us to a great mix of smaller boutique vineyards and tasting rooms as well as a stop at Chandon to finish off the afternoon. Brian is so cool – really friendly and polite, blended into our group and became more our friend and part of the party rather than just our driver. We talked about his amazing and gorgeous family and just had a blast with him. He picked us up right on time and took great care of us. I would highly recommend hiring Brian and his company to help you enjoy your time in Napa and Sonoma! Thank you Brian!

Brian was able to accomodate us last minute and gave us one of the best vacations of our lives. During the two days that we had booked he took us to a number of smaller, family owned vineyards whose owners that he knew personally along with some of the larger, commercial ones to ensure that we missed nothing. Always relaxed and full of great conversation, Brian became more of a member of our party than he was the driver. I would recommend him to anyone and will likely contact his company next time we’re in the area.
