I’ve been a patient of Dr Johnson for several years. I’m actually not there for weight loss, however, I’ve seen the amazing and powerful transformations that many of his patients have had following his plan. While there are people who have successfully lost weight on this plan i am not one of them. Dr johnson was not interested in the fact the fact that i chose the slow weight loss plan. I did not hav 2400 to dpend on the quick loss plan. I was never evaluated by him only his support staff. The hormones in his diet supplements caused a 10 pound weight gain in 10 days. He was exceptionally annoyed the few times we did speak. My family physician told me to get off everything immediately. He is only interested in the amount of money you spend amd not how you are adjusting to the supplements or the plan.

Dr Johnson and his staff was incredible! I lost over 50 lbs and have kept it off. Do not view as a diet but rather a healthy lifestyle change. I has taught me how to eat healthy and properly, what to avoid and what to eat. Does not involve shakes or frozen processed food Like other diets do, but rather ho to prepare healthy hardy meals filled with vegetables, fruits, and Proteins like meat, fish, chicken and much more.
This program has helped me get healthy reducing my cholesterol (BY A LOT!!!), lowering my ac1/​blood sugar, and helped me get off or reduce my daily medications greatly (with my medical doctors direction).
Can not recommend it more if you are looking for that long term solution to weight loss.
