Went to simply replace my SIM card at at 1 PM on Sunday. The hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM. The door was locked. There were people inside. After knocking on the door, a sales person came to the door and said they were closed for an emergency and that there were customers inside. I asked if I could just get a replacement SIM card. I was told to wait a moment. Another employee came and taped a closed sign on the door and never said a word to me or the other couple that was now waiting to get in. Very poor business practice. I drove all the way up from New Jersey because they had Sunday hours. Time to switch to Verizon!
