History

Established in 1963.

On March 21, 1963, the family business of Nacogdoches Sheet Metal Works was established in a little 500 square foot building with only one goal in mind: to provide exceptional quality of work and serve its community. After some quality work, he quickly outgrew the small building and eventually decided to build his own building.

The location at NW Stallings Dr was completed in 1972. Shortly after completion of the new building and more increased growth, Coy diversified his business by buying a plumbing company, R.F. Collier Plumbing.

In 1976 Coy Simms partnered with his brother Terry Simms, and added yet another division to the company, Air Conditioning and Heating. In 2000 Coy Simms was ready to retire after 37 years of tireless devotion. Terry Simms bought out his brother Coy and continued the tradition that Coy laid out for another 10 years.

In 2008, Terry and Todd Simms sold to Jason and Stephanie Bradford who have equal commitment to the original values set out in 1963.
