…family member had a radiator go out on his way to Ohio… pulled into AutoZone in Nacogdoches… not enough cash to buy the the part, spoke with the clerk to see if they would take a credit card over the phone… store policy wouldn’t allow it but Darlene (the manager) suggested to pay for the part online and have it picked up at the store… I did, nephew picked up the part, installed and back on the road… Darlene, thanks for the quick thinking!

Poor service really. Went in looking for some brake pads and rotors.
Went in Saturday morning, there was not enough help on hand. And after waiting about 10 minutes in line, we were finally helped. Told the guy what we needed and told him to go ahead and pull down about $ 200 of parts we needed and intended to purchase while we went back out to the car to to check the brake caliper.
Came back in and the guy who helped us just moved on to someone else and basically ignored us.
So we left and went to O’Reilly. There were plenty of people helping here and we were helped right away. We will be using O’Reilly or Advanced Auto.
Cut the mullet!
