Do not use this company!!! My husband and I had a horrible experience with Charlie in particular. The selection is terrible and very overpriced. Our contractors recommended him. I showed him a picture of what I wanted in my bathroom and it came out nothing like what I asked for. When I told him it was not what we agreed on his response was «I think I did a great job.» The contractors finally got involved and we were told we would get a full refund. It then went from you will have your check in one week, to thirty days, to checks in the mail. Still waiting on our refund and paying interest on the money we did spend.
Charlie is very unprofessional and always has a different answer. Would tell me one thing and tell my husband something else. He would try to pin us against each other not even realizing we’d be sitting next to each other and he was on speaker phone.
Last time I contacted him and tried to get a straight answer on our refund he hung up on me.
If you are looking for professional flooring I urge you not to use this company!
