James P. Watts did his undergraduate work at the University of Connecticut and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1975.

Love Dr. Watts, been my dentist since I was a young girl!
Recently moved out to San Francisco and got a new dentist who told me I had five cavities! I had never had one in my life before! So I came home on Christmas break & had Dr. Watts take a peek and he said I only had one; got me in the very next day to take care of it. Absolutely gorgeous job; painless (wonderful distribution of anesthetic too) and fast! In and out under 40 mins.
I’ll save all my dental work for Dr. Watts!

My 12 year old son and I became new patients of Dr. Watts recently. We both went in for cleanings and we both had wonderful experiences!
Everyone in that office was professional, competent and very friendly! The exam and cleaning I received were excellent. The best cleaning I’ve had in YEARS!
I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Watts for many years to come!

I have been coming to see Dr. Watts and his staff since the late 1970’s. When I lived out of state for 15 plus years, I never did find a Dentist that I liked as much as Dr. Watts and his staff. I see the Hygienist Kim consistently and she is my favorite. She is warm, friendly, compassionate, skilled at her job and she always makes me feel great. It is not uncommon for us to laugh while my teeth are being cleaned. I always leave with a bag of goodies and a sense of well-​being that comes from my confidence in Dr. Watts and his team.

Very happy with my experiences here. The staff is very friendly. I feel like I can trust Dr. Watts and I feel like he is not just trying to make a few extra bucks off of me.
They have alot of new equipment, some of which I like, and some of which I don’t. For example, they have a new baking soda spraying tool they can clean your teeth with vs. the traditional spinning head and toothpaste. I tried the baking soda route last time and I was not a fan. Next time they will let me go the traditional route. They staff is so great and I feel like they do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth!
They don’t take the new Tricare plan with Metlife so I had to change… Unfortunate because I really liked them!
