Very hard to find, but worth it. The address is not correct on the map. It’s on 17 business, not bypass. 2811 S Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach, SC29577

I have eaten at so many different Waffle House locations throughout my life and this one was one of the best! Very fast, delicious and the staff was friendly. Shout out to our server Rebecca T for making us feel right at home and giving great service. The place was packed but she made us feel like her only table.

They are fast, friendly and the food is great in the morning! But the night crew is the reason why they lost a start. They are slow and not friendly at all! We got here at 3am so therefore it was not busy at all but yet it took them 20mins for someone to take our order! In fact I had to ask for someone to our order. They were all walking around looking like a chicken with its head cut off.

Finest Waffle House experience ever. Greeter Virginia greeted us at the door with small chit chat as we waited. Once seated Erica really came thru for us. Orders was handle correctly, and Food was fast and excellent. Erica was even able to give us tips on the night scene in the area. If you visit this Waffle House Make sure you ask for Erica as your server she was great.

Waffle House is always a solid choice for a fatty, delicious, cheap meal. The buttery toasted sandwiches are on point and the free entertainment almost always makes up for the questionable sanitary level of the restaurant. Tonight the employees were in a loud and heated conversation about one of the employees missing pink wallet. The employee/victim of the wallet bandit seems to have zoned in on a suspect, who just happened to be our waitress. The victim made our waitress walk over to the scene of the crime and proceeded to shout«it was right here(points with finger) do you remember seeing it? It was with my pink hat?!» The suspect denied knowing anything about the wallet. I only wish I could be present tomorrow when the manager runs the video so I could know the true identity of the Waffle House Pink Wallet Bandit.

The waffles here are just okay. They’re on the thinner side and taste very average. Our hash browns were just shredded potatoes, visibly lacking that nice browned crust, but maybe they were cooked in a rush because we got them to-go. Seating is limited and there was a wait when we arrived. It’s a nice establishment but if you want a real thick, fluffy waffle, go to Woodhaven Pancake House nearby.

Waffle house is the best no matter where you & store 1892 is no exception. Great food at very low prices. Excellent friendly staff. I even called their customer hotline & told them how awesome they were.

I had never heard of this place before this trip. It’s a basic diner. Cheap prices and decent food. Staff was very friendly. As others have advised people can smoke in there so be aware. It’s a good quick stopover on a road trip.

They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and they allow smoking inside. That’s not acceptable around kids so we left!

Great, as far as Waffle Houses go. My fiancé and I went on a Saturday morning. It was pretty packed, but we only had to wait about 15 minutes. Friendly waitress, quick service, good food. Would definitely come back to this Waffle House if I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again.

It is what it is. Waffle house is always on the money when it comes to simple, fatty and tasty. usually find them in the south or far up north. And when in the south you have to give them a once over. Not your Ihop type place. But definitely good to go. Don’t come here trying to be cute and counting calories. Come here to get some great greasy tasty food that will fill and satisfy most taste buds. And don’t forget top get the sweet tea. If you like sweet. This location got it right.

We were in the south… we could partake in waffle house. We had to! AWESOME breakfast… greasy, delicious, hot coffee, served with friendly smiles and great service. The waffles… are delightful, the breakfast came as ordered. Love the hashbrowns with onions… leaves a nice greasy layer in your tummy… perfect any time! Loving life! Loving waffle house. Get some waffles to go. Your on vacation. You’ll enjoy it later.

It’s a Waffle House. They’re all the same. It’s just southern style greasy spoon on a chain level. If you’ve never been and were expecting fancy fine dining then you might be annoyed. It’s a diner — of the southern variety. It’s good for plain ol food 24÷7÷365 with a crew that’s accustomed to however you happen to present yourself here. If you happen to be a northerner, try some grits.

We were down in Myrtle Beach for a few days and desperate for a good breakfast as our resort’s breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. I feel like I ordered one of everything on the menu, and if I didn’t, I definitely could have because of the cheap prices and variety of the menu. I opted for trying a single waffle, some city ham, hashbrowns(a small order is plenty big) and split an order of two biscuits with sausage gravy with the table. The waffle was sweet and soft and warm, like a comfy sweatshirt. The ham was a little over overdone but bearable. I wound up actually folding the waffle around the ham and made my own little invention I am now calling a Whamwich. Hashbrowns — perfect. Biscuits and sausage gravy was enough for an army. Loved it. Waitress was very sweet, and was obviously a Wafflehouse lifer. This northern girl is a now a Wafflehouse convert.

Being from Philly I don’t get to experience Waffle House as often as my hangovers may require. That being said, after the first night of a three night bachelorette party greasy food fit the bill. This location was right off the hotel compound so the short stroll was fine. When we got there it was a slight wait but very well organized. The restaurant is on the small side but things were moving. The service was sweet and polite(like most things in the south) and I loved being called«darlin’ «never gets old. My omelet was phenomenal and the prices were great. This is a great spot for a quick cheap meal that will stick to your ribs.
