Established in August of 2011, Lyndsay Bahn Trimble, Karley Lott and Casey Squires opened Secret Lotus Yoga & Healing Arts to offer yoga classes as well as massage and reiki services. Formerly, the space was in business as Sacred Space Yoga Center for nearly 8 years.

Have been to 2 classes here while on vacation, a gentle class with Karley & the vinyasa class with Lindsay. Both were wonderful. They were friendly, approachable & knowledgeable.
The space is warm & inviting and not overcrowded. Both instructors were able to give a lot of individual attention, which I think can make a big difference to your practice. I’ll be back before we leave for sure.
