Nanny Traci’s Babysitting Service got it’s start in 2010. Over the years Traci invested time and energy into the part time business and in the Fall of 2013 she made it her full time focus. Since 2013 Nanny Traci’s Babysitting Service has taken pride in providing locals and vacationers with quality interactive care that is a step above the rest.

Nanny Traci’s Babysitting Service was started by Traci Childs. A California native, Traci began babysitting at 13 years old. Traci’s life dramatically changed at the age of 16 when she became the primary caretaker of her baby niece and nephew (now teenagers). Her time with her niece and nephew solidified her love for children and guided her down a 17 year path of experience as a nanny, babysitter, mothers helper, and volunteer. In addition, Traci has completed courses in infant care, CPR SIDS prevention, ABA therapy, and much more. She is currently finishing up a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in autism.

We’re from out of town and had to attend a wedding in Myrtle Beach in early September 2015. Not only was I in the wedding, but I was also photographing it (ack!). At the last minute, my husband found out he wouldn’t be able to attend with me and our 4 year daughter. With no other options, I contacted Nanny Traci (who I knew was offering babysitting services during the evening hours (7pm-​10pm) of the wedding) to see if she could help. She bent over backwards to make sure we had child care the day of the wedding. Miss Jamie came and watched our daughter from noon until 7pm (when the rest of Nanny Traci’s crew began their services for the wedding). She was absolutely delightful, bringing lots of games, activities and toys to keep my daughter occupied. Even now, a month later, my daughter is still asking when Miss Jamie can watch her again. What a positive impact she made! All of the sitters fully engaged the children at all times through crafts and games and other activities. I was so nervous hiring someone I’d never met from a service I’d never used, but I can easily say that this was BY FAR the best babysitting service we have ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in Myrtle Beach.

I used Traci and her babysitters when we lived in myrtle beach over two years ago. A few months ago we went back for a vacation and had Traci babysit so my husband and I could go out on a date. She was the only thing my daughter remembered about living there. When we got back she wrote in her journal at school about the vacation and how much she loves nanny Traci and how much fun she had while we were on our date. We had fun out by ourselves and we knew our kids were being well cared for and having a fun time without us. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your kids but I always felt safe with Nanny Tracis services. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back. A vacation where we have fun as a family and my husband and I get to reconnect too!

We have used Nanny Traci and her sitters for our four kids for just over four years. We are local so having dependable, consistent care is much desired. She and her team are all so well prepared whether they have all four of kids or just two at a time. My kids ASK us to go out so they can have a fun night in with any of these sitters. Crafts, games, activities and rewards — it truly doe not get any better than this service! Only wish I could give more stars!
