Awesome and delicious! Amazing service(I generally go to the bar)… Actually has some healthy selections for Italian place. I recommend escarole and beans with sausage. The owner is usually there, and notices the regulars!

This restaurant will fill you. Plain on the outside, plain on the inside, but the food — depending upon what you get, is very good. If you’re reading this take a chance and visit, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I wasn’t.

Great spot for good Italian food. So far, I’ve only enjoyed Capriccio for lunch but the food has been consistently great. They serve a good assortment of Italian classics plus some nice surprises. On this visit, I started with the stracciatella(think of Italian egg drop soup with spinach) which was great. I got the bowl which was huge! The cup is about a normal size bowl. For the table, we got the fried zucchini and a hot antipasto. The fried zucchini was homemade and served piping hot and fresh. The hot antipasto was huge with a little bit of everything including fried calamari, eggplant, clams, mushrooms, and more that I can’t remember. Again, everything was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. My main course was a chicken sub with garlic and broccoli rabe. Again, the serving size was generous and the sandwich was delicious. I also got to sample a NY slice of pepperoni pizza. Next time, I might have to try a whole pie. I will definitely come back next time in Myrtle Beach. I’d like to try it for dinner because all the lunch items have been fantastic.

We are from out of town, and we wanted a nice, easy, relaxing meal. Capriccio delivered and then some. The dishes were spectacular, the wait staff was genuinely friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Each of the dishes my family had was bursting with robust flavors. The bread is spectacular. We had plain bread and garlic bread with an oil, garlic, red pepper dip. It was fabulous. It didn’t take long for our salads to arrive once we ordered. The salad dressing was yummy. It was tangy and spicy and sweet. Our dishes arrived soon after. The pizza came first, and it looked delicious. It was gone by the end of the meal. It wasn’t really New York Style, but it had a distinct flavor that was captivating. Our other individual meals soon followed. The sauces were amazing, and the chicken in each of the dishes cut like butter. It was tender and juicy. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good meal outside of New York City. The wait staff was so friendly. They sat us right away, they had bread on the table before we could open our menus, they took our order quickly and the food arrived equally as quickly. Our waitress was so friendly. She was always smiling. She was very attentive. She refilled our drinks in time, she came by several times to check on us, and she cleared the table when we were finished. There is a bar just outside the seating area. It has two giant televisions. It was funny to hear people at the bar cheering their favorite teams, and it wasn’t distracting at all. The main entrees were so good that we’re going back for dessert. I want to try the Tiramisu. They really know their food. I highly recommend it. I wish we had a place like this back home.

What an pleasant surprise. I mean, we saw the high Unilocal rating, so we expected to enjoy it, but wow, we really enjoyed it! We had a variety of dishes and they were all excellent. Starting with the two bread baskets(a loaf of fresh bread in one and garlic breadsticks in another; both refilled as soon as they emptied) straight through our entrees and sides. The one thing I’ll mention is that, as a native Broolynite, something was odd about the pizza. My son had a small cheese pizza and I stole the last slice. Now, when I say odd, I don’t mean bad, just odd. It tasted almost like New York pizza but there was a unique flavor that I couldn’t place that wasn’t New York. But, I don’t say that as a demerit(note the 5 Stars up there). It was different, but delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to just get pizza takeout(except maybe because it would stop us from having another dish to experience). So, basically, if you’re visiting Myrtle Beach, head on over and enjoy(if you live here, I imagine you already have, numerous times). Why are you still reading this? I say head over…

This place is delicious, great pizza and friendly service. A little pricier than most pizzerias that I am used to but worth the extra buck ! Try the Philly cheesesteak pizza or just plain/pepperoni, yummy!

Came to Myrtle Beach 10⁄16 through 10⁄19 to run in the MB Mini Marathon. After running the race, me and my wife were looking for a good post-race food binge and pizza is what we decided on. Based on reviews fro fellow« Unilocalers», we chose Capriccios. We went to the take-out side and placed an order for a large Ham and Pineapple pizza. Went to BI-LO for beer and by the time we came back, the pizza was almost done. The workers were courteous and chatty while we waited. Took the pizza back to the hotel and it looked great! Cooked to perfection! Chewy crust with some crunch at the ends. Topping portions were pretty good, but could have been a little better. No real complaints here. Not perfect, but pretty darn good! Would go here again.

My family and I vacationed here in August. We dined in and ordered a large pizza. My daughter and I loved the pizza, my husband said it was okay, he is from NYC. So II took his feelings as biased. :) I will visit this place again whenever I return to myrtle beach. The service was also good. The visit here was the night before leaving myrtle beach to return home and the second day pizza was delicious. Price was above the normal pizzeria in local area, however I enjoyed it and the service and I would return.

We were in the mood for NY style pizza and found this place on Unilocal. So glad we did! Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. Our waiter was fantastic — when I ordered the caprese, he asked if I made it at home. I do, so he gave me a tip to reduce my balsamic slightly as they do in the kitchen. Gotta love that! Said caprese was really good with generous slices of fresh mozzarella. Hubby’s garden salad was fresh and the homemade ranch was very tasty. We especially loved the bread that comes warm to every table. Crispy crust and oh so soft inside, it goes great with the olive oil, herb and garlic dipping sauce. The only way to make that better would be to use roasted garlic instead of chopped raw. Our large extra cheese pizza was exactly what we were looking for! Terrific flavorful crust that was cooked perfectly. The tomato sauce was wonderful and there was just the right amount(I hate when there is too much that it overwhelms everything else). Lots of good cheese, too! We’ll definitely be back to try other menu items the next time we are in town.

Pizza was OK… nothing special. Beware that they do not sell cocktails on Sundays. According to our waitress, the restaurant did not wish to spend the extra money on a Sunday licence. Other than that, the service was prompt and friendly. I’ve not had much luck finding great pizza in Myrtle Beach.

Great pizza, great bread with spiced olive oil. Super friendly service. Had to wait to get a seat because it was a Saturday night in Myrtle Beach but so worth the wait. So happy that my wife suggested we eat here. We couldn’t stop talking about how good it was, can’t wait to go back and try more of their food. I love supporting local.

Great place to eat! We just returned last night 7÷17÷15. It was standing room only. Sat at bar. Large pizza. Again, great service as the bartender handled the pressure. Pizza was two thumbs up!

It’s really nice to find wait staff in a resort town that are courteous and attentive. Combined with excellent food, this was a great place to come and relax after a day at the beach. We used Unilocal to get us here with no problems. 10 minutes from the Main strip, the dress is casual and relaxed. Shorts and sandals are fine, and slacks and polo works just as well. We had pizza with side salad and fresh made soup. Soup is excellent. Pizza hand tossed(for real, out front where you can see it). We had meat lovers which included sliced meatballs. Awesome. Thin crust and fresh ingredients.

This place was a real find. authentic Italian cooking and very gracious staff. We knew it was going to be fantastic when we entered the place and saw the chefs hand tossing the pizza dough. so many pizzas to chooses from or create your own. the personal size pizza is for sure big enough to share. all the portions were generous. salads were fresh and the house balsamic dressing was delish. lots of other Italian entrees to choose from but the pizza is not to be missed. our waiter was fun and friendly and took amazing care of us. if you are looking for true Italian food while here on vacation, this is the spot!

So tasty! Great pizza — some of the best we have had in the south. Loved the straciatella soup and Greek salad. Will definitely be back. Great service, too!

Very disappointed. We’ve visited this restaurant in years past and were very pleased with the pizza. We’re from the Northeast, and have pretty high pizza standards and really liked this place in years past. This visit, we ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were delivered cold. Only a minute later, our margherita pizza was brought out. It was not pipping hot as a pizza fresh out of the oven should be. I suspect it was already made and heated up when we ordered. It was dried out, no sliced mozzarella, but shredded(and not much) and definitely not plum tomatoes as described. On top of all this, the service was not good. The only pleasant part of the meal was the free bread and seasoned oil. We will skip this place on future visits to Myrtle Beach.

This review is for take-out pizza only. I stumbled upon this place while cruising around looking for pizza once night while on vacation. I have to say… it was a GREAT find! As soon as I stepped out of my car I was enticed by the wonderful aroma coming from the restaurant. I didn’t know what to expect from a «strip mall» restaurant, but the atmosphere was quite nice, the menu was fantastic, and the prices(for entrees and apps) were on par with other restaurants in the area. I ordered 2 large pizzas…½ Pepperoni and ½ Sausage and Peppers and a Margherita. Both of them were excellent. Prices for pizza was on the high end(almost $ 40 for two pizzas), but I would rather pay more for a great pizza than pay even $ 5.00 for a garbage pizza! While I was waiting for my pizzas I stood at the bar and scoped out the food coming out of the kitchen and it looked fantastic! I could overhear people saying how much they were enjoying their food. I will definitely go back again to try their appetizers and entrees!

I can’t tell you how many Italian restaurants I’ve been to where the«Italian» bread is an affront to Italians everywhere. Squishy, bland, flavorless bread that resembles wonder bread more than Italian bread. But Capriccio has some of the best Italian bread I’ve had in awhile. Dense, crusty, and flavorful. It’s worth a trip just to gnaw on the bread as you wait for your food to arrive. We ordered a pizza and it also was very good. It’s not NYC good mind you, but if you’re in Myrtle Beach and have a craving for a NY style pie, it will more than satisfy that craving. The service too was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and gave us the impression that they genuinely cared that we enjoyed ourselves.
