Specialties
Calli Baker’s Firehouse Bar & Grill is unique establishment in Myrtle Beach, SC that serves great food and drink and honors public safety individuals. Our restaurant offers classic bar food such as burger and wings, as well as steaks, pasta, and seafood dishes. We have drink and food specials daily and entertainment from Wednesday to Saturday. Walking through Calli Baker’s is like visiting a museum dedicated to public safety individuals. T-shirts, patches, and memorabilia serve as a reminder of the daily sacrifices of firefighters, EMS personnel, and police officers. Patrons from around the world have generously donated much of Calli’s collection — they often times give us the shirts off of their backs! Whether you are a fireman, a local or a tourist seeking a great restaurant, stop by Calli Baker’s to enjoy our family friendly atmosphere and décor dedicated to the men and women serving in public safety around the world!
History
Established in 2005.
Calli Baker’s Firehouse had its beginnings as Calli Baker’s Roadhouse in the early 1990s, in the Kroger shopping plaza in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The original owners, Debbie Breaire and Mike Hilton, established the restaurant as what was to become a locals’ favorite. In the late 1990s, the restaurant was moved south to 511 Lake Arrowhead Road, where it continued to live up to its reputation as an establishment that served large portions of good food, great service, and a place to relax and unwind. In 2005, active duty firemen, Heath S. and Jack M. purchased Calli Baker’s Roadhouse and changed its name to Calli Baker’s Firehouse, in honor of the profession they both serve. While the theme and décor changed, the dedication to customer service, comfortable atmosphere, and good food remained!
Meet the Business Owner
Heath S.
Business Owner
Heath S. took over Calli Baker’s as sole owner in 2007 when his business partner, and fellow fireman, Jack M., left to continue his service. Heath loves running the establishment and getting to know the different customers — servicemen, tourists, and locals — that stop by Calli Baker’s. He takes pride in continuing the Calli Baker’s tradition – good food, good atmosphere, good times.
