ARS of Myrtle Beach

Answered all my questions since thesystem is new to me. Courteous, informative and knowledgeable technician. Would recomend to all my contacts.

ARS is one of the best companies in Myrtle Beach. Their employees are superior. I just had some work done by Jason. He was very professional and performed his job with no problems. He was just great. I had the pleasure of talking with Amber to set up my appointment with Jason. She was very courteous and made it very easy to set up my appointment. All the employees I have dealt with have been great.

Pamela worked well with us in setting up and appointment. She kept us informed of the arrival of the Technician. David was great to work with he informed us of service he provided and what service we will need in the future.

ARS serviced my heat/​air last month, i have not used it since and went to use it this weekend and there was a problem.
called them Samantha understood my problem.
Sent Randy out he was prompt, understood what the problem was spent 2hrs here went over the system called the office they sent Franklin out to assist (chief tech guy and problem solver) They worked for another hour together came up with a solution made me a happy camper) solved the problem, i was so surprised to see such dedication by ARS that it shocked
me. Not only, satisfied but after this experience i will be counting on them for all my heating plumbing and cooling needs .
These guys really rock i think ARS should be great-​full they have guys like this on staff.

I have a plumbing contract with ARS and I forgot about it. I appreciate them notifying me that it was time for a review. I was notified when technician was on his way — which I truly appreciate. David was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing along the way. He made a couple of recommendations which I felt were on target and would definitely save me money later.
I will definitely continue with the contract.

Recently used this company for a new hot water heater install. Excellent service and smooth process. I would use this company again in the future.

Matt was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions in a way that we would understand our options. We will definitely request him for service in the future.

Roger was great in checking out the AC unit, he was thorough & explained all aspects of what was being done.
Terry was also there for a plumbing inspection. Everything went well, he even spotted an issue with a toilet refilling, explained what had happened (loose tubing) & corrected it.
Would use ARS again.
Only issue I ever have with this company is they are always trying to up sell.
The work they do is great but the sales push is not.

ARS sent jason to our house. Jason was professional and knowledgeable. He did a awesome job and would recommend this company because of jason and his work. Joy was polite and helpful over the phone.

Gary and Robert did a great job replacing my A/​C and thermostat. It was a hot and dirty job, but they were very professional. They arrived promptly in the morning and were done with the installation sooner than I expected!

Very happy with service. Friendly and explained everything.

Very pleased with ARS over all. Called Friday night and they came Saturday to give a quote and installed the same day. The technician Jeremy was very informative and efficient with an outstanding personality. ARS showed great concern by all personnel to get the job done. Highly recommend.

Jason came to take care of a plumbing issue we were having. He was on time, and very pleasant to deal with. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and why.
I will definitely call ARS again, if needed.

Good as it gets!

David S installed a new kitchen faucet for us. He is fast and quite competent. Overall we like ARS. They have installed a hot water heater and a new HVAC system. Both installations were fine. Whe you call a person answers, not a computer. Also, if there is a delay in the appointment, they call to let you know.

We had Terry S. from ARS Rescue Rooter come out and do a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and very courteous. He found several things we didn’t know were problems, one of which was potentially serious, which we will have fixed. We appreciate this level of service and will certainly use Terry and this company again.
