Not even worth one star. Do not have a wedding here. I’m going to make this short because I am sick of writing about this place. The chamber of commerce has been notified and the better business bureau as well as many others. Mr. Holder taxes me on items purchased almost four months later, such as the venue, the staff, his wedding coordinating fee. He made it very clear from the beginning that it was all about the money, not about me or my family traveling in from North Carolina and Florida. I wanted to show how nice the house was– and now they said they would never come back to Oklahoma. He gave his staff(his own family which consisted of a 10 year old) almost $ 1,000.00 worth of food at 10pm because it was sitting out too long. Food got there at 5pm. He put the food in Tupperware for his family by the way, while me and my groom had nothing! Lawsuits are in order for breach of contract and damages. This is your warning future brides.

Great B&B to stay in. Cozy room, really nice back yard with tranquil pond. Spend the extra $ 5 for the breakfast, well worth it. If traveling on I40 make the detour and stay here.

This was my first bed and breakfast experience, so I don’t have much to compare it to. However, the owners were very different in personality. The man was absolutely kind, warm, and what you would imagine a bed and breakfast owner to be. But his wife, was HORRID. She was cold, unkind, and made us feel unwelcome. Excuse me, lady but I didn’t know that walking down a flight of stairs would garner you being rude. We were simply exploring the manor, had no idea where the stairs would take us(the staircase ended up in the kitchen). We were told the third floor belonged to the owners, so we obviously weren’t going to explore that area, but we were unaware that we were NOTWELCOME in the kitchen area. The room was clean and organized. Muffins were presented on our arrival(which were hard as bricks and OLD), but it was charming. The breakfast was great, the breakfast was the best part of the experience.

A quaint, Victorian style bed and breakfast. The management is kind and non-intrusive. The rooms are clean but could use new linens. The breakfast is fresh, homemade and abundant. Absolutely the must charming lodging in Muskogee.
