My car was in desperate need of a good cleaning so I called Unique. They picked my car up from my work and asked what time I needed it back. When that time rolled around, my car was not back :(I called and they said they were finishing it up. To speed things up, I decided to have a friend drop me off to pick it up. When I arrived, they were indeed still working on it. When I was finally able to leave in it, I must say I was impressed. The outside looked great! My paint looked shiny and new. The inside looked pretty good too. I had told them a few very specific things that I wanted done and I was pleased to find that those things were taken care of. The only other negative, besides it not being ready when it was supposed to be, was that they had taken out my daughters car seat and neglected to put it back in. By the time I realized it, they were closed for the day and I had to run back by there the following day to pick it up. No big deal but I did spend $ 110 having my car detailed. It would have meant a lot if they had given me a coupon for next time. Oh well!
