Established in 1999.

Our company started in 1999 mainly doing high end residential construction projects. Since then we have grown to include commercial and industrial construction. We do all aspects and price range of construction, including affordable modular residential construction.

Business Owner

Terrence started in the construction field with McCaffrey Trading International selling steel to international construction companies such as Daewoo, Inchon Iron and Steel, and Sang Young Corp.

Terrence started McCaffrey Development in 1999 to serve the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas with first rate construction knowledge of residential and commercial projects.
