Watergon

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom in my home here in Chino. I called and spoke to the woman that answered the phone and was told that someone would get right back to me. 5 days later I called again and asked what happened, she was sorry and once again said someone would call very soon. That was 3 days ago and nothing. I called 2 other local plumbers and they showed up in a matter of hours. To the owner of Watergon Plumbing. (SHAME ON YOU)

Do NOT do business with this company. They replaced a severely leaking water heater for me. Thought they were great at first. Within a few days the water heater began leaning toward the AC unit. When I called Watergon the woman who answered the phone asked who the service person was which was Johnny, and she said she would have him call me. However, she returned the call and said he was out of town. I told her the problem and she claimed I should have had him rebuild the water-​damaged structure it was placed upon. I told her Johnny NEVER suggested that and he is supposed to be the expert. Her tone became very unprofessional and rude. She never offered to send someone out to look at it. He called 4 days later and I explained I had it repaired because I could not wait for him. Apparently he is their only employee and??? I was concerned had I waited any longer further damage may have occurred. I am a senior citizen and I hired Watergon to do a job with which I relied on their expertise to do it right. Shame on them for not righting a faulty job and taking advantage of an elderly person.

Do not use this company unless you don’t mind paying 3x the going rate with NO estimate! My elderly mother had a gas leak on her property and they showed up on a Sunday to jack out a portion of the garage slab only to find out it couldn’t be repaired and needed a repipe. Ok, $ 6500 for repipe, which we hired a reputable plumber for $ 2300 and then charged her $ 1500 for the 4 hours it took him to remove 3 square feet of slab. So very disappointed that there are people out there who take advantage of the elderly.

This is about the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT hire this company to do your water damage to your house. First, They will bait you into using there company and never even give you an estimate. When you get the bill, be sitting down because you will flip out. Even though you only pay the deductible if you go through the insurance, its still not right. Take down few small drywall, put it back, and paint was $ 4000. Worst part was he never even showed up to finish the job. I ended up putting the house back together. Another $ 7000 bill for drying the house they say they never got paid by the insurance company and want me to call the insurance company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
