The Owner of The Kenefsky Group has been in the Real Estate business working different aspects of «The Biz» for over a decade. Kim Kenefsky spent over a year behind the scenes of one of the top Real Estate on-​line sites, Real​tor​.com, learning which strategies sell homes for the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time. She developed these skills, and also learned the need for staying ahead of the technology curve as it pertains to the Real Estate industry. She has since brought these skills to the people that need it the most, people needing to buy/​sell a home. Kim is a junkie for Real Estate negotiating courses and takes pride in being able to serve her clients with the highest of skill sets to serve the needs of anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate.
