She was very flexible. She also has a great eye for hair! She was polite and great person to be around. Originally, I assumed the hairstyle I wanted would need to be flat ironed and then put in a bun but she used my curls to make the formal bun look even better than the picture I referred to. She also was very open and precise to the smallest details. She was so attentive that my hair was exactly the way I wanted.

Sandra was AMAZING on my wedding day. She showed up 15 mins early, got started right away, and was super personable and professional. My hair is straight as an arrow, won’t hold a curl for anything, and she made me look exactly how I dreamed I would! I didn’t know it was possible for my hair to look that good. I purchased extensions a couple of days before the wedding, and she was able to curl them and pop them perfectly into place to really give my hair extra volume and thickness. When my flower halo wasn’t ideal for my head, she tore that bad boy apart and pinned flowers in my hair, which ended up being a way better look! I couldn’t have been happier with Sandra’s service.

Thank you Sandra for making me feel beautiful on the day of me and my hubby’s 20^th Anniversary/​Vow Renewal. Not only she displayed professionalism, patience, and talent, Sandra was also very accommodating. Especially when she did my bridesmaid’s and mother’s makeup on how they wanted it. Her partner who did hair was also very talented! I can’t thank you gals enough! Both of you helped made our day we’ve waited many years to happen just beautiful!

Sandra did my hair and makeup for my wedding last week and her and her assistant stylist did the rest of my party that day. I have to say, they were both AMAZING! Sandra was early to set up and made everyone feel absolutely gorgeous. She was concerned about each and every one of my girls and made sure that they all had a wonderful experience.
Not only did she make me feel important, she called me multiple times prior to my wedding day to ensure we had every last detail set, including my concern about the false lashes I had a minor issue with after the trial. She assured me that she would do everything she could to make sure I didn’t have any problems and even told me if we needed to skip them she could still make my lashes look great! After talking to her about my concerns, I knew I was in the right hands and trusted her completely. We ended up putting on the false lashes and I didn’t have one single problem with them and they looked great!!!
I felt so beautiful for the rest of the day and into the late night and my makeup stayed perfect the whole time! I have oily skin so I was worried about it all staying in place, but she did such a wonderful job that it looked just as good at midnight as it did when she finished at 3 that afternoon!
I can’t thank Sandra enough for her thoughtfulness, talent and professionalism. She was amazing from day one and she will be the only person I call from now on for hair or makeup services!

Sandra did the hair and makeup for my wedding one week ago including 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and my officiant. Sandra was very punctual which I appreciated as it was a remote venue! However, I was extremely disappointed with her day of service. The most upsetting was that she informed me on the morning of my wedding that I owe a $ 200 fee for her two assistants. She had never once mentioned this to me beforehand nor did she ask me if I wanted to pay for two assistants. There was no written or verbal communication about the extra charge and I felt that was unprofessional. She let me know it was on her website but I have no reason to return to a website months later after booking you.
Additionally, when she did my hair it was not like the trial as it had a different style braid and bun. She of course re did it but seeing as how we had a trial it was disappointing that it did not look the same on the first attempt and I had ended in tears. Final product looked great though! Just was a small struggle to get there.
One last disappointment was that my maid of honor had one of her false lashes falling off after our only 20 min ceremony! For $ 172 that she paid that was pretty upsetting.
Because I found Sandra on Unilocal myself I felt the need to leave feedback on my experience.

Sandra is fantastic! My wedding day hair and makeup was amazing and exactly what I wanted. Sandra and her team did a great job and I couldn’t have been happier. They did 18 services on 9 women and everyone looked gorgeous. I cannot thank her enough for her flexibility, go with the flow attitude, easy to work with personality and most importantly, her gift and skill of beautifying! You can tell she’s very passionate about her work while making you feel comfortable and confident that you are getting exactly what you want. I would recommend Sandra to any bride!

I just want to personally thank Sandra for saving the day at my friend’s wedding reception last week. The bride Katie was left high and dry at her backyard wedding reception (with 175 guests attending) when her hair and makeup girl had her boyfriend call in sick for her just 3 hours before guests were supposed to arrive. We started frantically calling all the local businesses and salons and either received no response, no availability on such short notice, or «I’m sorry, we don’t do weddings.»
Luckily, we found Sandra on Unilocal who drove 30 minutes to the venue in the mountains of Fallbrook ON HER DAY OFF because she felt empathetic to the situation and wanted to help. She brought her little boy who was a perfect angel while Sandra worked on Kate’s hair and makeup! We were all so impressed by the results in such a short amount of time. Kate looked gorgeous and was so relieved and stress-​free the rest of the day. I highly recommend Sandra for her work but even more importantly I want to recognize her for being such a compassionate, wonderful person. We are so grateful, thank you!!!

This review is long overdue. Sandra did the makeup for my wedding on 7÷11÷15 as well as took a last minute makeup appointment that I needed for a casting appointment. She replied promptly to my first inquiry about the wedding and we scheduled a trial appointment at the studio she works out of. On the day of the wedding she arrived on site on time and even was able to do one extra bridesmaid that hadn’t originally thought she wanted makeup. She really did amazing work. I was very satisfied with the way everything came out. Thank you, Sandra!
I would most definitely recommend Sandra to anyone in search of a makeup artist for any reason. She is personable yet professional and really knows how to bring out the beauty in everyone.

Sandra is amazing! I contacted her super last minute to do makeup for my 30^th birthday party and luckily she was available! She came to my house which was a huge help as we were totally running behind with all the party craziness! She arrived on time with a plethora of makeup and colors to choose from. We agreed on a look and she totally nailed it! I wanted slightly more than natural makeup but didn’t want to look TOO made up. She did a great job using colors that complimented me and used the perfect amount of makeup! We had a blast chit chatting the whole time, but she was super quick too and did an excellent job. I received many compliments throughout the night, and the makeup stayed on until I washed it off that evening! I definitely suggest Sandra for any of your makeup needs and will use her in the future. She was great!!!

Sandra did a wonderful job with my wedding hair and makeup in May. She is very patient and really listened to my concerns and figured out the best primer, concealer, and other products for my skin. My pictures turned out great. I received several comments on how well my markup stayed on by the end of my wedding. It’s such a busy day/​night, you really don’t have time for constant touch ups. Get a good makeup artist so you don’t need to worry about it! Money well spent for sure!
She’s also capable of handling large groups. She was able to do several of my bridesmaids’ makeup and hair too and brought an assistant to help. All my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair and makeup.

Sandra did such an amazing job on my daughters hair and make up for prom! She listened to her and what she wanted and Sandra added her own creativity and professionalism. My daughter looked gorgeous! I highly recommend her.

WOW. Sandra is amazing!!! I used her this last weekend for my wedding hair and make up. I would recommend her to any bride wanting to feel the absolute best on her day.
She was so accommodating to my hectic schedule and was a blast to get to know in the time she styled me during our trial run and the day of. I was not the bride who knew exactly what she wants, so Sandra was very patient with me in making small changes to my hair and make up during both the trial run and the wedding day. She makes sure to ask you how you «feel» about her work. She really is concerned about making you feel absolutely gorgeous on your big day.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll really need hair and makeup in the future, but if I do, no question, I will be using her.
Seriously, you will not regret having her for your big day, or any other major event. She is THE BEST!!!

We hired Sandra Michelle Artistry for my sister’s wedding back in August. She did my hair and makeup (airbrush) and everything came out beautiful. I went to Sandra Michelle after having had recent back surgery and desperately needing a fresh new look! She did everything to ensure I was comfortable while she styled my hair. She even pulled out her makeup case and retouched my makeup. She is FABULOUS and does AMAZING work! I walked out that day feeling better about myself and pleased that I had found my new hairstylist!

Sandra Michelle is a life saver! I totally procrastinated in finding a hair stylist for my destination wedding in San Diego. I found her by searching the internet and found some great reviews so I decided to go with her versus a couple of other stylists that I found. Thank goodness she was able to accommodate me and was available on my wedding day!
She is so outgoing, friendly, professional, punctual, and she really calmed my nerves when she did my hair trial. She traveled to my hotel for a tiny fee for my trial a couple of days before the wedding. I wanted retro waves, which she ultimately ended up doing for the wedding, but she did a few different variations to ensure that I had gone through all my options before deciding. I loved them all! She even gave me the option of changing it up after my ceremony, which she would have stayed for to do the change for an extra fee per hour– she is very flexible! While she was waiting to do some of our bridesmaid’s hair, she even curled a couple of the flower girls’ hair, too :)
Aside from her stylist duties, she was prepared for anything! She has a case that she brings with her like an“in case of emergency” kit, in which she happened to have a bridal hair comb that she let me use since I forgot to buy one (eeks!) and also some random things including dental floss which I had asked for, as well haha!
Most of all, she did a fabulous job and made my bridesmaids and I look glamorous for my wedding day. She styled my hair exactly how I envisioned it and was such a fun yet calming person to work with!
