Love this place and the doctors are great! They take their time with you and answer each question I had in detail. made sure I was completely happy with everything and got all my questions answered before I left. Great service and even the staff was outstanding!

Went for an ECO ultrasound for my incoming son. Had an appointment for 9am. They overly stated be there at 845 to get checked in. Showed up at 845. Went to the exam room at 930. I left my girlfriend in the room to find out what’s taking so long. Saw the physicians office asked why have we been waiting so long. They came in the room and conducted our ECO ultrasound. Who knows how long we would’ve sat in the room with the door closed if I hadn’t walked out to show my annoyance with the situation

If you want the most frustrating experience EVER call them. Their answering service says they open at 8. Not so much. They have an appointment service that takes ALL your personal info then emails them to call you at their convenience. Don’t wait for that to happen… It won’t. So when you call them and it’s busy for 25 minutes and you FINALLY get someone… Be prepared to wait on hold an additional 30 minutes for them to give you an appointment at the wrong location when you are very specific with EVERY person you’ve talked to you NEED the Murrieta location. Then to fix that, wait on hold another 13 minutes so she can see what’s available at the location you’ve actually called for. And this is calling their phone number for this specific office. By far the worst, most unprofessional experience I’ve had. Horrible the didn’t care my 2 year old needed help

Receptionist is the biggest B ever! Hate her and her miserable life. Gives a bad name to such a great hospital. Didn’t catch her name but seems to be the main one at the desk. Hate her hate her hate her. Gives different answers every time with the worst attitude. Like I said I didn’t catch her name but the only description I can give so that the other ladies in the office dont get a bad name for this is she seems to be the only girl who is not white. Sorry to say it but that way you know who I am talking about. Piece of crap I’m going to try and get a radys rep to atleast hear me on how terrible she is.

We recently took our 6 year old daughter here after being referred by her pediatrician. She has large tonsils and although she does not get sick frequently, when she does get sick, her doctor takes one look inside her mouth and tells us that her tonsils should be taken out. Well, we had taken her to another ENT on two different occasions, but he was hesitant to remove them. Recently, after having a sinus infection and having an x-​ray that revealed swollen adenoids, her doctor referred us to Rady’s. We saw Dr, Daniela Carvalho and she was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to us and to answer our questions very thoroughly. Her bedside manner was fantastic… exactly what you want a doctor seeing your child to be like. She was kind and funny, which made my nervous child feel much better about being there. After examining her and taking her medical history, she told us that although my daughter’s tonsils were large, they were healthy and she did not see a need to remove her tonsils at all! Dr. Carvalho saved us a ton of undue stress! We left there feeling very confident in her expertise, and we are SO glad we went to see her. Although we have an awesome pediatrician, we needed to have our daughter see an expert in this field and Dr. Carvalho was the perfect choice. The staff there was also great!

Nice administration lady, really really RUDE ultrasound technician. Clean all the way around the 5 buildings they sent us to before we got the right one.
