Established in 2009.

I, Ryan Ruch, started my business in 2009 in the worst days of our most recent recession. I feel that my fair pricing, extensive plumbing knowledge, and excellent customer service are the key ingredients to the success of my business. R&R Plumbing has grown to have a work load of approximately 90% repeat/​referral customers which says a lot about how our customers feel about our services. Hi, my name is Ryan and I have lived in the Murrieta Valley since 1991. I began plumbing in 2002 in the new construction plumbing industry. In 2009, during the slump in the economy, construction jobs were scarce, but I still had mine! It wasn’t enough though, I found myself working after work every day, and every weekend, just to get by. So I got my contractors license and began advertising. About a month later, I quit my job and went all in on my new business. Since then my business has blossomed tremendously and I couldn’t be happier. I am a father to four wonderful children and I have the most amazing wife a man could ask for!

Ryan from R&R just left my home, and I’m beyond happy with his help! Great customer service and genuinely a nice guy. He was knowledgeable and able to convey what he was going to do in a way I could understand. Home repairs are tricky, and I felt comfortable with him working on things because I understood what he was going to do. Also happened to be very comfortable with my dogs, so I was able to keep them inside on this hot summers day.
My house had 3 main issues: #1 half bath toilet tank wouldn’t stay filled, #2 guest bath toilet made a screeching noise when the tank filled, and #3 guest shower had little to no pressure and no hot water… Of course I have friends coming over this weekend, so I needed it taken care of. Chose this company for the consistent high Unilocal reviews! (Thanks all !!!).
As soon as he arrived, he got the gist of the problems, and got right to work. Fixed the guest bath by replacing a cartridge and soon enough we had hot water and improved water pressure. Replaced some parts in each toilet tank and now both work great. I was so happy with how efficiently he worked, threw him a curveball and asked if he could take a look at my tub and see why there was no pressure. He did so gladly. It ended up being a calcified aerator. He then went ahead and checked every bath sink we had, to check on the condition of each aerator! Now my tub had water pressure and fills nicely, and I can run to Home Depot to get replacement aerators at my convenience. He had run out of that particular part, otherwise he would have replaced them. If any other plumbing issue arises in the future, I now have this company bookmarked on Unilocal

Ryan came out within the half hour and fixed our problem with our broken faucet in no time. We had had to shut the water off and it was 110 degrees out so we were really in a bind. Great service for a very decent price! (lowest price as compared to a couple other top rated Temecula plumbers)
We had to move one of the outdoor faucets to the opposite side of the house using copper pipe extensions. Cassidy did a terrific job, was patient with a billion equations I had about plumbing and was amazingly efficient in this 118 °F heat ! We will definitely contact this company again for plumbing services. Best in town!

In Lennar’s infinite wisdom, they installed permanently sealed pipe fittings under our kitchen sink. Got a bad clog and called R&R Plumbing. I had them replace the entire piping with screw-​on pipes so I could unclog myself in the future. Thought I’d pass along their info. Awesome company. Only took them 30 minutes and they came bright and early.

I should have written this a week ago! We were going to install a dishwasher and couldn’t because of two valves broken under my kitchen sink. R&R was fast to arrive, on time too. The plumber was polite and knowledgeable. Best of all he fixed a really rotten valve that was broken and stuck in no time and the price was very fair for parts and labor. If we need a plumber again before we move, I will definitely call them!

I’m kinda obsessed with these guys and have already verbally told several people about how great they are, but Unilocal deserves to know too!
My new home desperately needed a whole house water filter. I already had the one I wanted picked out, just needed a great plumber to install it.
After speaking to several other plumbers who tried to convince me to go with the products they clearly were paid to push, I called R & R Plumbing. Ryan told me it would be no problem at all and had me send him a text when the filter was delivered. After setting up an appointment, Ryan and Ryan were out within a few days, at 7am, on Memorial day. These guys are hard workers!
They were in and out within two hours and left the area very clean. They were so meticulous about pipe and unit placement, and really showed that they cared about the end product and our happiness.
Most importantly, I have clean, delicious water thanks to Ryan and Ryan!

My 25yr old water heater finally gave out. Found out at 4pm –water leaking on garage slab. Checked Unilocal for plumbers in my area. Found R&R and read everyone’s reviews. Talked to Cassidy and he was great. Quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone and he and his co-​worker came out the next morning. They did a stellar job pulling the old one out and putting in the new one. I am thrilled. Thank you!

Great Service at a Reasonable Price and Ryan and his Co Worker Ryan were on time for the Appointment!!! They both did a great job installing new Valve Cartridges in our Master Bath Shower Handle, to replace those that were causing the Shower Head to Leak. Very knowledgable and explained to me how my previous Plumber Repair Job put the Handle on backwards when they replaced the Cartridges. He explained that a Shower Handle should turn on the Cold Water First then to the Hot Water, this prevents you from possibly Burning Yourself when you step into the Shower.

I needed a new water heater and called a lot of plumbers in the area to get quotes. They all were within $ 50 of each other. Some places wanted to give me a discount, but funny thing was, the «discount» brought their regular price down to where the others were. With this in mind, I decided to go with R&R based solely on their Unilocal reviews.
I had drained my old water heater, which sped things up a little, and they got the old one out and the new one in in a bit over an hour. I watched and Cassidy and Cody spent extra time to make sure that it was done right and would last. Their price was right in line with the estimate the the job was very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

These guys were great, they showed up early the next day after calling (after I had a miserable cold shower– yuck). They installed a new gas control valve on our water heater.
They even knew what needed to be done before coming after looking up our serial number. The water heater was still under warranty apparently.
My husband said they were fast, efficient and friendly. Thanks so much — highly recommended. Thinking about taking a hot shower today.

Thank you Ryan! We noticed a leak coming from our water heater on a Saturday afternoon. We called R&R and Ryan picked up! Thank goodness he works weekends! He was able to come by within 2 hours and diagnosed AND fixed the leak!!! So stoked to do business with an honest company that could have easily told us we needed to replace the entire unit but instead he just replaced the water line. Paid the after hours fee but that also covered the repair. Gladly paid extra to have it fixed on a Saturday night vs waiting til Monday hoping the leak didn’t get worse.
Ryan is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. Super solid guy. Hopefully I won’t have a need to call him again LOL! THANKS RYAN!!!
