Happy New Year… Boooo!
My day began with a broken hot water heater and flooded garage and pedestal area that backed in to my guest bedroom. A total mess.
Puroclean was recommended to me by a Facebook closed community group mainly because they said they could come out right now!’ True to their word they arrived immediately and began work. Daniel was the lead and took charge of everything. He took my stress away, kept telling me everything will be ok. They were in constant communication with me every step of the way. He was right! You have to allow time for your home to go through the healing process. They were here every day checking levels and moving blowers humidifiers etc. then the the rebuild,
Ugh! Thought that was going to be a nitemare but no. Puroclean has a sister construction company to handle that and they did, seamlessly! Worked with my insurance adjuster immediately and completed the whole process from tear down,
Dryout to rebuild… in my case 9 days. Keep in mind that every home is different, like a patient. Beautifully done! Thank you Puroclean and Prosper Industries for a job well done! Here’s to a Fabulous New Year Now I can celebrate!
