Can’t stand when I come in this place around 9 and they act like they are closed. This location in particular, then they act like its gonna take forever to get my food in hopes I decide on something already made. Anyway. Food was really good and the lady at the counter was helpful.

I would only give this location a zero rating I went in there and my credit card would not work in their machine and they refused to sell me food because their machine was down and the girl in there was the rudest most disrespectful woman I’d ever met my life very mean and oboxious I will never go here again

Seems they barley put anything in you plate it’s mostly noodles. Other panda express puts way more in your plate. Good thing is that it’s clean. But food quality seems like it’s not fresh food was cold when I got it.

Panda Express Murrieta — for the 2nd time in a row my online order was not ready. This time they were not aware of the order and were rude about it. When the order was acknowledged, they did not say anything at all. When I asked, they said one of the food items was not ready. Based on the way I was treated I asked for a refund. I will not be back. They’ve lost a regular customer.

My mother in law and I decided to stop by for lunch today and eat at the restaurant. The staff was friendly, nothing over the top, but did their job. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of tables to sit at: My mother in law got a bowl and I got a 2 item combo to share with my son. The portions were the largest I have seen at a Panda Express. The food was warm, and tasted just like any other Panda Express.

This place is so gross. I bought steamed veggies and chow mein bowl. The veggies weren’t ready they told me 5 min wait. So I waited. They brought my food bagged up and I went on my way. I know you’re thinking how can you mess up steamed veggies? Well when I got all the way home I opened up the bowl and a ton of clear slime was all over the vegetables! I order this all the time in Orange County and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. It literally looked like someone blew their nose all over my food. I called them to complain and they said it was cornstarch. Why is this on steamed veggies?! They didn’t even offer me a replacement! So I took off all of the vegetables and slime and used my own vegetables I had in my freezer to substitute. Anyways this place sucks don’t go here! Unless you want boogers in your food.

Its fast and convenient for me to go here. We used to stick to the hole in the wall Chinese places that serve you the huge portions. My husband started liking the food here, so thats why we continue to come every now and then. I enjoy that you’re offered samples and can pretty much try whatever you want before deciding. I usually stick with the walnut honey shrimp or sweet fire chicken. I havent tried anything else here that I truly enjoy. Today their were two female workers behind the counter. They continued what they were doing although we were the only customers at the time until finally one of them looked up and asked if we wanted to try something. Not the best greeting. The best thing about Panda is that they offer brown rice. This is a rare thing to find in Chinese joints.

Whenever I come here I have my usual Beijing beef. I get the veggie spring roll and love that they have brown rice available if you want it!

Went to visit this panda last week. No good customer service. They’re not that nice and they are fast at serving but take too long to cook food. Needs better manager too. No greeting for me when I walked in but a «What do you want?“And She kept talking to her employees and laughing while I was in the middle of saying my order. How rude. But overall the food was good.

If you like tiny chicken bones going through the roof of your mouth, eat here. I got a shoulder shrug and a «hmmmm sorry». Now I can’t even eat the rest of my food. Looks like I’m going home hungry but, they did give me my $ back.

For the first time in many years I had the worst customer service ever by a girl named Dulce. This happened 2÷28÷15 around 3:15 or so. She was so arrogant, I was trying to get 16c to pay for my meal, and I guess she didn’t like it and she gave me all this excuses for me not to go to my car and get those cents, I didn’t want to use my card, so I told her what she was saying was ridiculous and she just kept talking back to me all sarcastic with the stinky attitude, looking at me and smiling about it how rude …

Portions are really low at this panda! I expect at least the normal size serving for the steep prices I’m paying!

I found a meal worm in my broccoli beef. I called and they refunded my money but turns out this happens more often than you think.

I’ve been to many a Panda Express all over SoCal and I can say this is the first time I’ve been disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the girl who rang us up(Vanessa) was very pleasant and appears to be the only one I interacted with who did her job with pride and consistency. I wish I could say the same about Dolce(possibly the manager on duty) who was rude and acted bothered by the fact we were asking questions about the featured item on the menu. I could maybe see if there was a long line of people behind me and I was holding up the line but there was only one other customer in the entire restaurant and they were sitting down! This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I can definitely say I will not be back and it will probably be quite some time before I return to any Panda Express.

I had such a great experience at this store! Manager, I want to say Brian but could be wrong, was the example of awesome customer service! Everything was clean, well staffed.. Food was great. They didn’t have much sweet fire chicken left, so the manager offered to make fresh and use that for my orders rather than the older. I don’t mind waiting for fresh. But, they gave me fresh everything which was awesome! Food tasted amazing too! Loved the patio seating, and a huge bonus. .the patio furniture was clean! Great job panda!

Second time I come in and they are low on food. The food looks a couple hours old and I have to wait for chow neon to be made. Not appetizing at all.

This Panda Express is a hit or a miss. Sometimes they’re generous on food portions and sometimes they skimp out and that makes me sad. We went around 11 am because we were so hungry and I’ve avoided this place for so long. They had this new kale and mushroom item. It’s kind of healthy… right? So I got that and orange chicken to go. I’m glad they cooked a new batch for each item. I always get to go instead of a plate just in case I get full so I can just pack it up. The food was fresh, satisfied my craving, place is never crowded, and the staff is always friendly. We only got one fortune cookie though.

What is the point of opening at 10:30 in the morning if the only thing that is made to buy is rice, orange chicken and chow mein. The time is 10:45 and people are coming into the store and having to wait. At least they are cooking the food. I’m no genius, but I would assume the smart thing to do is cook the food and have it ready when the store opens. So far I am not impressed.
