I am a first time customer at Pak & Send. I needed to copy 80+ pages of documents and mail it out asap. The lady at the counter assisted me right away and even recommended a shipping method that would allow the package to arrive earlier than expected for a cheaper price! Great customer service, cheap prices, and honest/​friendly owner. I definitely recommend this place!

I have shipped from there many times already and I hate to review any place unless I deal with it many times.
The prices are a bit better than other places I have known, but what makes this place top notch is the customer service and the treatment you get when you deal with them.
The lady who works there is wonderful. You do not feel you are shipping, you feel home with her. I found out after the second visit that she is the owner. And that is how business owners should act.
Down to earth and friendly, you feel like home. And she will remember your name even after a long time.
