Wish I could leave 0 stars! Worst service ever. I have been calling and asking for a mammogram referral and they have told me for 3 weeks now that it’s in the mail… I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy… time to find a new doctor!

After reading a new review of this office I just wanted to clarify. I did in fact see the nurse practitioner in Dr. Yuns office. I did not see a local«pain» specialist.

Not happy at all! My 3 sons and I just joined Dr. Yuns practice in December. I was initially a bit bothered at the fact that he told my youngest son,(10years old) that he was«fat» compared to his brother! Way to use a little class and tact! Today I called for a prescription refill of a medication that my so needs and has used for several years. The calloused and rude receptionist put me on hold for 20MINUTES only to respond that the dr needs to see him before he can refill it! He just saw him 3 months ago! They didn’t seem to care that my son will be without his prescription until he can get in! WAYTOMILKMYINSURANCE!!! I will NOT be back!

All these reviews are very accurate of the treatment, or should I say lack there of you receive with this office, unqualified gals at the front, who don’t seem to know how to answer phones, make appts or talk to patients. Beware, even if you make an Appt with the Dr. you may see the NP without being told. Dr. Yun is not only cold, but not sure if he even knows what he is doing, I had health concerns and he actually said to me, «Why do you Care about that» EXCUSEME! and when you are talking to him almost the entire time is eye’s are closed like he’s sleeping, I have never had a worse experience in a Dr.‘s office.

I agree with the first and only comment which speaks for itself. I saw Dr Yun for my first visit in December and was initially disappointed with the level of professionalism in the way his appointment making set up, is. His answering service has a recorded voicemail set by himself which sort of led me to believe he had no staff, especially reception. I had to leave a voice message and wasn’t quite sure exactly who would be calling me back. Which if the physician wanted to display a personalized feeling to his practice, is okay, however, this was not the case. The address in Unilocal is for an old town street which also raised red flags, as who wouldn’t want their correct information listed, if they really wanted to get business. The day of my appt, I drove around for about 30 mins trying to locate his office based on the directions being given to me over the phone by someone in his office. Horrible directions and even more so, horrible location. Area seemed more industrialized. Nothing like what I’m accustomed to for a doctors office. The office was gloomy, and cold. No warm feeling or greeting from the staff who treat you like an inconvenience from the moment you enter the office. Granted their was only one other person in the waiting area at the time. But now that I have had my first experience with them, that was not surprising at all. I am an RN and a Nurse Manager and have been one for 30 years, so the first thing I gage health care businesses on is their level of professionalism and customer Service. This business is seriously lacking in both. I haven’t even gotten to the doctor yet. His nurse, was equally as cold as the office. If your looking for a warm fuzzy feeling, you won’t get it from her. And just as with the first comment, I agree, the Dr seemed just as cold and uncaring as his staff. Gave me the same types of responses, basically blowing off all of my concerns. I had annual blood work done which he knew I was concerned about. I never received a call and after waiting 3 weeks decided to call them instead. Again very unhappy with the quality of service. Insurance or not, people should set a higher standard for themselves. When it comes to this office, RUNAWAYDONTWALK. And if they are reading this, I hope they take heed and change the way they deliver service. People deserve better when it comes to their health. I have changed Primary Care Physicians for myself and my husband and I suggest you do the same.

Dr yun is not a great dr he will keep u in the waiting room for over an hour. Say your appt is at 10:00 you won’t be seen till 11:30. He doesn’t really check you. I had a concern and all he said is if you still cont to feel like this next week come back. He told me I am to young to worry about anyhing:(I am not to happy with him and his staff:(
