I liked this place; the nail technician who gave me my gel manicure was incredibly gentle, which I feel is rare. However, my gel manicure has some air bubbles in it that aren’t noticeable, but seeing as how picky I am, I’ve noticed the air bubbles and it’s driving me insane. Other than that, she gave my nails are great shape and made sure the manicure was clean.
Next, I had a pedicure and paid for my cousin to have one too. Her pedicure lasted much longer than mine whereas the girl who did my pedicure just rushed through and didn’t give as much TLC. Also, I feel like when I tell the person doing my toenails once not to do something, I shouldn’t have to tell them multiple times not to it. I didn’t know this, but there are plenty of other pedicure packages, and I wasn’t offered the opportunity to choose what pedicure I wanted which was disappointing because I would’ve gotten the callus removed if i had the option. Also, there is not a good selection of polishes to choose from either.
I really wasn’t a fan of the gum smacking the girls were doing. I also question the cleanliness of this place. It didn’t seem super clean to me or sanitary.
I feel a little indifferent to this place, I really love the color I got on my nails and how gentle the girl was, but I’m so not pleased with the amount of air bubbles that are on my nails.

After review of various local nail salons I came across this one who I thought would set the bar for the area. I came here with a friend for two duo sets with full pedicures and gel nail polish on hands and feet. So, you would think given all the services we were requesting the customer service would be above and beyond. We were ignored for the first few minutes of arriving and eventually serviced but with a sigh. My nails look by far the worst I have ever experienced and the gel polish started to peel off the very next day. While both my friend & I were being serviced on our nails we were cut by the drill several times. Employees quitting constantly and the lack of professionalism this company is on a downward spiral to being out of business. AGAIN, I recommend you DO NOT go here, below standard services rendered.

If you’re looking for a gel manicure, ask for Yen. (tall Yen). She’s amazing! Great customer service there.

It’s hard to find someone who does great nails! Glad I found this place especially Kennan he works wonders! I highly recommend him!

Mimi (Yen) is seriously the best. And I’m not just saying that. Like for real, if you want Pinterest-​worthy nails, she’s your girl! I can bring her any picture and she nails is. And usually, they look even better. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 months now, and I wish I had started earlier. I’ve he a friend coming to her for like 2 years now, and she kept telling me to go see her. But being stuck in my same old routine I never got around to switching it up. So glad I finally did!

Kanaan did my nails and I loved them! I’ll be back! First time there been looking for a good nail place. He’s good and fast

My nail tech was Kayla! Although she wasn’t much of a talker she was very thorough, attentive and detail oriented. I received a gel mani from her and loved it. The owner is very, very polite and down to earth!

Lynn did my nails the other day for the first time because I was told that tall Yen was off. I get to the shop and I see tall Yen doing a pedicure. Thats odd, but whatever. Lynn uses her own nail to remove my gel polish which I hate. What if you accidentally scratch me. It just seems very unhygienic. The finish product was cute but a couple of my nails have not been polished on smooth. I also notice a few chairs in the shop have tears in fabric that need to be replaced.

I have been coming here for a couple of months repeat times and I can tell you this is the best salon in the area. I have struggled finding a good salon in the area due to me being picky with the length of my nails, but here they always cut them the way I like it, and the gel color selection is awesome.
I highly recommend scheduling an appointment as they do amazing work and are very busy. They will see you as a walk-​in but understandably so you may have to wait, but it is well worth the wait.
They are all very quick and efficient and I have never left unsatisfied. If you want extra they do ask beforehand (: I have brought my mom here and I will continue to come back due to the amazing customer service and the great work they all do. (:

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my nails! Every time I look down I can’t stop staring because they are perfect. FLAWLESS!!! It was my first time coming here and Kannon did such a amazing job. This is definitely the best my nails have looked since moving to CA. I can’t remember the name of the lady that did my feet but she was very friendly and my feet looks amazing too. She paid attention to removing all the dead skin and gave me an awesome massage. I have been to a lot of nail salons since moving here so I noticed that this nail salon is a bit on the expensive side. My 7 yr old daughter had polish done on her hands and feet (no water involved) with a flower on 2 nails & I had a fill with gel polish along with a pedicure with gel polish (no design) and together our total was $ 103 not including tip (s). I will continue to come here but only for a fill.

I’m picky about my nails. I like clean lines, even coats of polish, clipped cuticles, even shaping and after months of looking after moving back into the area I found Kannan! I’m so glad I did! He is a perfectionist and quick! Been coming to him ever since I found him! He does everything perfectly and my gel polish looks great. I originally did pink and white powder tips and he made them look stunning! Now it’s on to color gel and he didn’t disappoint!

Atmosphere is clean and pleasant staff was friendly and attentive I gave 3 stars because I was disappointed in my manicure with gel color I felt like it was a sloppy paint job and the manicure wasn’t worth $ 25 in my opinion :(

I did not realize how bad my nails were until I left, and at that point, I had another appointment and didn’t even want to go back into the nail shop. My gel manicure looks so bad and I am so upset about it, but honestly, to save myself from being talked about when I go back in, I’m just going to deal with it for a couple of weeks. :(
Also, it is not kept up in there and the chair I was sitting in had a lot of short hair on it, as if someone had a haircut in it. Gross!
From my experience here, the reviews that I read that prompted me to go here, definitely don’t match my experience. Such a bummer to not get what you pay for.

I have been getting my nails done religiously at Joie Nails for the past year. Yen is by far THE best nail lady I have ever had! She is AWESOME at designs and can recreate any Pinterest picture I show her. My nails are always perfect, and I get so many compliments on them. I refer everyone to her, and basically everyone I know now goes to her. Also, the prices are awesome, especially for the quality of work!

Got my nails done today by Kannan, he’s been doing nails since 02 and did a phenomenal job on mine. I loved it, the atmosphere, his professionalism, and how he did exactly what I wanted. Thank you so so much.

It’s been a challenge for me to find a good nail salon. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Dirty floors, rude technicians, cheap gel manicure polish that turns brown after a week… I’ve endured it all on the quest for a quality gel mani.
I do believe that my search is over! I’ve been here a few times now, and each time I’ve been very pleased with my gel manicure. They’re never out of colors and my technician, Lynn, always does a great job. I do recommend booking an appointment, as they get pretty busy.

Have enjoyed the service at Joei Nails for about 2 yrs now. Yen T. does an amazing job keeping my hands looking great even though I go digging in my gardens without gloves! She has done some pretty incredible art on my nails and that of my grandaughters. All the stylists here are very talented, I’ve seen some of their art work as well!
