First time here and will definitely be coming back! My sister and I ordered egg and cheese on jalapeño bagels, amazing to say the least. We ordered a few donuts on the side including the coconut covered which was very good. The ladies were very nice and you could tell they had regulars who made me feel welcome as well!

Wow. Never write reviews but had to hop on. Worst service in a restaurant in forever. Waited around for them to notice us, then a group walked in and got their attention then they served them everything we were hoping to get. Then they forgot to put one of the bagels in our bag so we had to go back and get it. Ridiculous. Come on guys — get your stuff together.

Me and my family came in on a Sunday morning craving some donuts for breakfast. The price for a dozen is $ 9.95 which is pretty pricey compared to other donut shops I’ve been to. We came around 10am and the selection was low due to being crowded which is also a sign that the donuts must be good. I didn’t see any specialty donuts such as cronuts. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and did not give off any attitude when we became indecisive about which donuts to get. The parking lot is small and they have outdoor tables to enjoy your donuts with some coffee or loved ones. I would definitely come again when I’m in the area visiting family.

I’ve been to this donut place several times and have always been greeted with tasty donuts. Donuts are fresh and moist every time I visit. Service is quick and easy. Good donut toppings. Overall good place for a donut.

I wanted to try a different bagel place and this location advertised its bagels. This is the worst place to come for a bagel. I asked for garlic cream cheese, and I assumed that it would be some sort of garlic spread. It was a normal bagel with garlic seasoning! The kind you would use to season a steak. It was terrible. It was so ridiculous, I was shocked that they even tried to pass this off as a garlic spread bagel. Unfortunately this place will never get my business again.

Fresh and delicious ! Sad to see not so many customers l, guessing it’s because of dunkin donuts that just opened up down the road!(Not so good reviews btw, their donuts are dry!))

Seriously the best! Everything is baked from scratch daily on premises. I try not to eat baked goods too often, but anything from this shop is worth every calorie. The service is always friendly too.

Great donuts. Good service. My daughter always wants cream filled chocolate with sprinkles. They always redip the donut to put sprinkles on it for her. And she loves it. The maple with bacon long johns are awesome. As well as their bagel sandwiches.

Every time I come to Murrieta, it’s a morning ritual to come to Hole-N-One for a glorious maple bar. The staff is very welcoming, and they don’t leave you waiting around to place your order. If you’re looking for a bagel(it’s called Hole-N-One: Donuts and Bagels) you may be a little disappointed to find out that«bagels» is really only one type of bagels, plain bagels. But if you want donuts, the selection is vast.

Brought the family for some fresh donuts. Tasty and fresh to say the least. The young girl behind the counter went out of her way to give us an extra cup of ice for my kids hot chocolate, very thoughtful. Happy family happy life.

Hit this place up first thing in the morning. Donuts were fresh and tasty. Dunkin can kiss it, their lines suck.

No selection. Like five different donuts in the whole place when we went. The donuts weren’t even very good but we paid almost 12 dollars for a dozen!!! What??? Craziness. Only plus is I wanted a powdered and she took two of the plain ones and powdered them for me so they got an extra star for decent customer service.

If I could I would give this place a 0 stars! Been here twice thinking I will get treated better but Nope! The lady is rude. I order a bagel sandwich and she had no sauce for it, so it was very dry. Plus their donuts are $ 1.35 and they are not that good. Plus you have to spend $ 5 dollar min. Not coming here again!!! I spend 10 $ and can’t get a polite response back or something for my sandwich? Thanks but NO thanks!!!

Don’t bother asking for ice coffee or blended coffee… when I asked because it shows on their menu the girl said I cam give you ice and coffee I sad that will né fine than another lady said no we dont sell ice coffee. Ok if u don’t that’s fine but than take it off the menu. This is not the first time I’ve received rude service.

I love donuts and am a regular at another donut shop. I was told I had to check this place. I took on the challenge and must report it was pretty good. It has a different texture from what I’m used to but I approved the dough, filling and icing. I had the Bavarian cream filled. I consider myself a donut expert and this place passed the test! Now to try their coffee. :) P. s. I still go to my donut shop. Have been for 8 years! I now come here for extras. Yum!
