First Choice also proudly offers premium, professional tile & grout cleaning, grout sealing, air duct cleaning, natural stone re-​polishing and sealing, granite counter top cleaning, polishing and re-​sealing, window cleaning, energy efficiency monitoring (duct and insulation efficiencies with thermographic imaging), upholstery cleaning, and flood restoration services.

History

Established in 2001.

I was having my carpets cleaned every month because I had just adopted a Great Dane puppy. It was costing me $ 300 per month, so I decided to get into the business, and the rest is history!

Chad Power’s professional history is comprised of a culmination of management at a fortune-​500 company, and sales. Chad also operates a successful real estate firm located in San Diego that he currently owns and operates. Chad is a graduate of University of Redlands in Marketing and Finance, which has greatly expedited the creative marketing strategies that enable crucial brand recognition that leads to market share by effectively reaching the critical mass. Chad is very passionate about uncompromising a traditional, «old school» American Service that doesn’t end until the client’s expectations are exceeded.
